It’s a Boy

Great property in a great location. Everything went off without a hitch. Came in for a gender reveal party. Slept 8 adults without issue. Plenty of space. Great backyard!

Family Visit Was A Hit!

The layout of the home allowed us to spread out and not be on top of each other, everyone had their own rooms and the space out back was perfect for some family games. Thank you very much for hosting, it was another weekend of great new memories for me and my family!.

Good place to stay with different families.

My favorite part is that each room has a bed in it and no bunk beds in site. Thats the best part. Yard is pretty awesome and fun, fun games to play when you are there. House is nice. We could easily have chilled there all day if we wanted and just had fun.

Excellent home for extended stay in Nampa, ID

All my family members loved the house, especially the layout, the gazebo out back, and the close access to Boise and area attractions. However, the home is a little dated, although parts of it have been updated, and it was not as clean as we had hoped based on the pictures (small cobwebs in the dining room chandelier and the kitchen floor was a little sticky). However, we enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here again if our future plans work out.

Way to Verdant!!

Hello, my first impression with the property was not a good one. Upon driving onto the gravel driveway I was taken back by all the weeds in the yard. So much so that they covered the sidewalk and I had to makesure my grandchildren had to stay clear of all the tall prickeley weeds so they would not get hurt. After not being able to use the front door lock we had to enter thru the game room. After entering the house we found multiple holes in the walls and ceiling. we found that some of the blinds did not work and that some windows [ master bedroom] did not have any blinds. The door in the master bathroom did not close and the light was about to fall off the ceiling. Speaking of lights, ther was no lamps for night read in any rooms.This is just a few things we noticed so I belive there is room for imrpovment on your house.

Nice for some occasions but not for all

We were very excited to stay at this property with our family from out of town. When we arrived the floors were very dirty and the kitchen had a sticky film all over the counters like no one had cleaned. We spent the first night cleaning the house because the property manager did not get back until the next morning. They did offer to send someone over to clean the next day but we had already cleaned. We love to cook and the kitchen furnishings were underwhelming to say the least. The location is great. If you are having a lot of friends getting together for a weekend and plan to go out this is your property.

Fenced Yard Details

I appreciate a pet friendly place to stay and was super excited about the size of the yard for playing with my dog so I didn't have to "find" a dog park. While the back yard does have "fencing" it is split rail and even a Great Dane could walk through it. Could NOT leave pup un-attended at all due to this. It would have been nice to put dog out to potty while I ran down the all to potty as well, but since the yard's fencing is more decorative then functional this was not an option. There is a walking/running path behind the property which is very tempting for a newly trained dog and without actual fencing to keep them in it was a bit stressful. Other then that the place was great! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for large family, game area with air hockey was a definate bonus.

Not as pictured or described

This house is not as pictured or as described. Keypad lock on front door was broken. It was dirty, laundry left from the previous renter. Trash overflowing, a dead bird next to trash, thus flies. Refrigerator not cleaned (mold). The outdoor area cushions were rotten, the BBQ hadn't been used or cleaned in years, the grills were disintegrating, the bottom was rotting out. We were advised of a plumbing leak after our arrival, that left a large bubble in the ceiling drywall. We tried to work with the Rental Mgr, however communication broke down and we left after 2 nights. I have never had to leave a bad review from VRBO rentals. This whole experience was sad and disturbing.

This property met all our needs and was great for our family gatherings with the following.

The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Refrigerator handle was loose. One bar stool was unsafe due to a missing crossbar. The fireplace remote lacked a battery cover but worked with new batteries. The backyard grill was dirty, but service arrived promptly to clean it thoroughly. Lawn was overgrown and needed mowing. The air hockey table was unusable due to a broken plug and wasn't fixed during our stay. Beds had loose posts, discovered upon check-out. Primary bedroom sink drained slowly, and a bedroom ceiling fan had no remote or light. The upstairs bathroom toilet had a squeal due to a refill issue. Broken tree branches in the backyard could pose a risk. We arrived early but received no callback about early check-in, so we waited until 4 p.m. The sidewalk nearby was perfect for walks with our grandson. The location was ideal for our son’s wedding in Nampa, with ample space for family time. Grocery store nearby was convenient for supplies, and cooking was easy with available appliances. The host was responsive to most calls/messages.

Great Space, Not Clean, Fell Very Short of Expectations

I would not book this VRBO. The check instructions were thorough but right away from the instructions the front door access pad was broken. - The house was very dirty, dirt and dust everywhere. Including the window blinds/sills, floors and washer/dryer inside and out. - The towels were in the dryer when we arrived and there were not enough towels for the amount of people this listing said it accommodated. - Kitchen counters were dirty and when we went to use the pans we had to clean them. Additionally, there were not enough dishes for the amount of people the listing said it accommodated. - There were beer cans and cigarette cartons in the backyard and the lawn was not mowed. Patio/gazebo were dirty. - There were hairs in the sinks, showers, and on the bedding. - There were hazards in the drive way when we pulled in. A trailer block and wood block. - The welcome sign in the kitchen had incorrect WIFI instructions, and checkout instructions. I do not recommend.
