“I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s front desk staff and the shuttle drivers. However, I encountered what felt like differential treatment from a male staff member during breakfast. This was, unfortunately, my first and only experience of such treatment during my entire trip to Finland. “Our stay at Halo Igloo was incredible. The room was lovely, everything was very clean and the hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. On one day when we couldn’t get a taxi to one of our activities the man on reception offered to take us so that we would not miss it. Lovely accommodation and people. We hope to visit again. ”
