“This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. However clean towels, bedding and room, with air con and small fridge which is always welcome. Unfortunately there was a staff member Sanjay who did not give us the……

“Lovely beach fales on the beach front. Perfect location. Food was really yummy and plenty offered. Mary was amazing she really made my stay enjoyable. There were no basic toiletries including soap in the bathrooms which was not good. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Very beautiful location and close to lots of attractions. Highly recommend this accommodation. Take snacks and own soap! ”

“This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!”
