We had a great time and the house met all our needs and expectations. Judy was a pleasure to deal with and communication was great. The only comment I have would be more face towels and kitchen towels would have been nice. In addition a few extra blankets.

The beautiful house

Is very clean and big specious even the back yard and front yard big space for the parking lot, the owner is very friendly and nice. Inside the house is very clean. I highly recommended this property.

Good location, and huge house.

Good location, and easy access. House is huge. But you need to know that the owner lives in the house (separate entrance, and you will never see him, but at time you can hear him). The shared bathroom on the 2nd floor would need to be repainted, as there is moisture on the ceiling. The microwave and 2nd refrigerator were not clean. But otherwise, all good. A/C was quiet and despite the warm weather, room temperature was great across the house.

Nice and clean house

We were really enjoy staying in this house. This house is huge for 14ppls. And it also has a big backyard for the kids to running around.

School trip

We stayed in house with a small school group. The house was not adequately equipped for this despite the host knowing there were 15 people coming for the advertised sleeps 15. The oven was broken and the burners on the stovetop also didn’t work. This was terrible for us as we planned to cook the entirety of our stay for the group. The kitchen was not properly stocked and we had to ask for multiple kitchen utensils, pans, etc. - which the host brought after we asked. There were no large mixing bowls, serving dishes, etc. to accommodate a large group eating and cooking in the house. There were very limited utensils for cooking. Most VRBO's have a basic stock of spices to cook - garlic powder, chili powder , oregano, cumin, a small bottle of oil. The cupboard had salt, pepper, and sugar. I did not feel the kitchen was properly stocked at all. It would also be nice if there were extra pillows, blankets, etc in the closets so that if students didn't want to use the same blanket in the bed they could have their own. The host was accommodating after the fact but it was frustrating to have to ask for everything we needed instead of just having items at hand. I would recommend if you plan to cook at all (especially with a larger group) just be really clear with the host what you need so she can have it ready before you arrive. The host was very friendly.

Birthday Party

I was very impressed with this house. Judy was great to work with and gave me all the information I needed. We filled the house with 6 adults and 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of room. It was very clean and well taken care of. We had 3 vehicles and one bumper pull trailer. We had lots of room to park. I would highly recommend Judy's place and I would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Judy!
