Cocoonr Agency offers this attractive 29 m² studio in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 29 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)

Otherwise, the Nancy train station is a 15-minute walk away.
