Lovely, clean hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Expedia suggests only parking is an extra cost, however all access to pools and is an extra expense as well due to them being part of the spa. We paid €16 each for 2 hours.

A hotel and spa run by the municipality, They care about locals and French speaking patrons. You need to buy a bathing suit from them apparently due to hygiene issues although they don’t seem to care about the hygiene in rooms. Sticky floors in rooms, dog poop in the underground parking pretty disgusting stay. Breakfast that was included about as good as the room

Perfecto location for my purpose, as near my destination, although a bit off the way with regards to the city centre. The réceptionniste was a bit too insistant on confirming breakfast for the next morning, Weichert in the end I decided to decline. Die not have the chance to tri the hôtel thermal baths and other amenities.

Not enough

Brand new hotel, awesome looking outside and so disappointed inside. The reciption is situated in lobby, who looked like an aquarium, too hot and no fresh air. The room are with kitchen, fully populated with all necessary, the breakfast coming from near superstore, all plastic and packed food. The brekafast hall is situated again near to lobby and look the same. You feel like in aquarium, in fact the coffee is terrifying and the hotel management doesn't know what means Ristretto coffee. The access for SPA area is paid, 30euro approximately for a couple of hours.

A very clean hotel, and parking is available for €14.90 per night at P2 under the building (free entry and exit during your stay). You will need to because it is 25-30min walk to the city center. However, the swimming pool is incredibly poorly organized. The lady at the reception couldn't explain in English how it worked. The hotel DOES NOT have a pool. You have to walk around the corner and pay for the public pool. If you want to stay here and use the pool, go to a different hotel. For hotel itself and rooms this is perfect. For visiting the city itself, choose a hotel closer to the center.

Room was clean and fine. Overall hotel was not that clean (messy carpet with dust and coffee? stains everywhere. Tip #1 for other guests: DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST: way too expensive and poor food(choices). In the land of the croissants and pains, this has to be the worst cardboard/dry/old versions i've ever had. Tip #2: POOL NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. I've never encountered a hotel which advertises with a lot of pictures of a swimming pool and let's you pay for it. If I book a hotel with a pool, it should be included! You can book the pool/wellness for 1, 2 or 3 hours. But again, way too expensive for pool guests. It should be free! And if you still want to grab some money from me: make a 50% discount for hotel guests. Be resenable!

Disgusted!

I booked this hotel as the final stop of what was an epic trip. We checked in and took the option of a 3 hour spa session approx 27-30euros each . We changed and entered the spa only to be removed for not wearing the correct swimwear. We had shorts that had netting in and are sold in the uk as swimming shorts however not acceptable in villa thermal. This was Not highlighted and my shorts were exactly the same as what the staff were wearing. We where asked to purchase swimwear from their shop at a cost of 59 euros! We declined and got back in the water… at that point we could not believe it when we heard sirens! Yes they called the police! We were removed from the pool without any reasoning . I know the English are not liked but did not expect this. I have beed dealing with the manager Laure paris who started off as helpful in my request for a Refund however she has ignored All request since june… the last email i was asked to give my Iban bank details which i did … all forms of communication have now ceased. I am disgusted how we were treated and i hope any English that want to visit this establishment bring tight fitting euro swimwear as you may get the police called on you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Moderne, élégante et parfaite pour un séjour bien-être J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Thermae Nancy. Le style moderne et urbain de l’établissement crée une atmosphère agréable – élégante sans être trop chargée. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse discrète et l’espace de la chambre vraiment appréciable. La proximité des thermes est idéale, et l’ensemble de l’offre bien-être est au top – parfait pour se détendre et recharger les batteries. Je ne peux rien dire sur le petit-déjeuner, car je ne prends pas de petit-déjeuner, mais tout le reste était absolument convaincant.

Vraiment un très belle établissement, dommage que je n’ai pas pu profiter du centre thermal, hormis la réservation sur hôtels.com tout le reste c’est très bien passer, je recommande agréablement cette hôtel.

Trop froid, manque de déco

Bel établissement, récent et moderne, mais je ne m'y suis pas senti bien dès l'arrivée. Ca ressemble à un monastère moderne. Tout est froid, ça manque de décoration un peu chaleureuse. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner, mais c'est triste. Le petit déjeuner l'est également avec peu de diversité et d'énormes croissants trop mous ! La présentation de l'hôtel laisse croire qu'il y a une piscine, oui il y en a une olympique même, mais pas dans l'hôtel. Il y a un spa accessible par l'hôtel, mais en fait il est public avec pas mal de monde. De plus c'est un peu excentré par rapport à la partie intéressante de Nancy ! Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel et peu de restaurants autour ! Bref je n'y reviendrai pas
