“No había agua caliente

“First, El Guayacán is NOT located in Granada. It is in Valle de la Laguna, about 30 minutes outside Granada. This misleading location information disrupted our itinerary and travel plans.
We booked a 3-night stay, but the experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the price per night:
Wi-Fi: Virtually nonexistent / unreliable.
A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable.
Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly).
Essentially, you are……

“This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.”

“This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.”

“Getting to the place can be a bit tricky; the team was absolutely amazing and kind. I can't say enough great things about Eric and Francisco. I connected with Juan Carlos and was very kind and helpful. The views are breathtaking. The venue and rooms are accurately depicted and reflection of Nicaragua's essence. Breakfast was yummy! I totally recommend visiting.”

“Terrible experience — I do not recommend this hotel.
I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $20 charge because my reservation was for one person and my husband was with me. They agreed to $10, which I paid.
The bigger issue was that they then demanded I pay for the room again in cash, even though I had already paid through Expedia. I showed them my Expedia confirmation, receipt, and my card statement showing the payment had……

“Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to……
