“Despite my calling them multiple times, they had no records of the reservation. I had to provide them with the confirmation email when they demanded payment upon checking out.
There is no door or partition to the toilet. There is no privacy to the room as the front door is partially made of see-through glass. You can see through the whole room from outside.
