Het is een ruim huis en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar wel gedateerd. Het huis heeft grote kamers/ruimtes waardoor je je ook even kan terugtrekken. Het heeft een fijn zwembad, lekker afkoelen tijdens de warme dagen. Het huis ligt aan de rand van een dorpje en het is er heel rustig. De bakker/supermarkt zijn dichtbij (2 minuten met de auto). Er zijn wel wat dingen die aandacht kunnen gebruiken Het buitenmeubilair kan beter (zitcomfort stoelen). Onderhoud binnen en buiten verdient aandacht. Ook mag de accommodatie schoner opgeleverd worden.

Het huis is ruim en ligt op een mooie locatie. Inrichting gedateerd en achterstallig onderhoud. Meerdere defecte aan apparatuur, koud zwembad en vaatwasser 10 van de 14 dagen niet gewerkt en tv werkte niet. Foto’s van Belvilla zijn niet up-to-date. Wel fijn dat het zwembad afgeschermd was door een hek. De housekeeper heeft zijn best gedaan om problemen te verhelpen en reageert heel snel maar dat mocht niet baten.

War etwas enttäuschend. Schwimmbad 15 Grad bei Ankunft, Pumpe nach 2 Stunden ausgefallen, am nächsten Tag wieder zurück, aber wieder vorübergehend. Erst am 4. Tag ist das Wasser für die enttäuschten 4 Kinder 20 Grad warm und schwimmbar (laut Website 26 Grad!!). Auch eine Zentralheizung im Haus ist nicht nutzbar, außer in den Bädern. Zur Beheizung bekamen wir eine Elektroheizung und eine Ölheizung, die aufgrund der gemäßigten Außentemperaturen notwendig war. Antwort des Besitzers: …Samstag hat alles getan Es ist immer noch...!,.Der Trockner funktionierte auch nicht. Schade, das hat dem Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Haus mit viel Platz, einem schönen Garten und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder einen schlechten Geschmack verliehen. Positiv war auch die Unterstützung und das Engagement der Führungskraft/Vorgesetzten.

Een prachtig plekje in Frankrijk. We zijn met zijn twaalven hier een week geweest en hebben ons heerlijk vermaakt. Potjes jeu de boules, een duik in het zwembad en spelletjes aan de grote binnen tafel. Een heerlijk huis, alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Hier en daar zijn wel wat dingen gedateerd.

Propriété au calme

Maison ancienne qui a su garder son cachet régionale. La propriété est au bout d'un chemin à l'orée des champs. Le calme, la tranquillité, le chant des oiseaux autour de la piscine ont été fortement appréciés. Nous recommandons cette location même pour une famille avec enfants car les voisins ne seront pas dérangés, ils sont suffisamment éloignés. La piscine chauffée à 28 degrés au mois de mai était un plus.

Hartelijke ontvangst en vriendelijke beheerder. Je kan steeds bij hem terecht. Mooie en rustige omgeving. Mooi en ruim huis met voldoende kamers. Voorzien van speelruimte voor kinderen. Mooi zwembad met onderhoudsvoorziening. Voorbereiding leek wat minder: de bedden waren gedekt, linnengoed aanwezig doch het poetsen leek wat ondermaats: keuken niet zo netjes en vloer hebben wij nog eens gedweild. Verder was het een fijn verblijf.
