“The rental is in a great location - super close to the town center and the Hyline ferry dock. A nice place that easily slept our 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a few issues and the host was quick to respond and help out. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the check out process which I found very inconvenient. Otherwise the home is lovely, the host is helpful, and the location alone is enough reason to book this one again! ”

“There was no vineyard experience on Nantucket. The house was perfect for us. The photos accurately portrayed the property. Linda answered all of our questions. WE LOVED our time on island. We hope to be guests again next year. Thanks Linda, janet”

“Although the house is well located even though it’s at a busy intersection, many things about it disappointed us. It is quite small and we felt it was not comfortable for our group of 6. It’s better for 4 or if absolutely necessary 5 people. ( the listing says sleeps 8) The couch only seats 5 people and there are no chairs for additional seating! The kitchen has high top stools and the “dining area” , which is not air conditioned, has a bench and some built in seating. Very cramped. The main……

“We loved the cottage itself and location. It was outside of Nantucket but it was super easy to get to with the shuttle and the perk of being outside of town is that it was very peaceful. Lots to do on the island itself and surrounding areas. We would stay again. ”

“Everything was great! Took us awhile to find the utensils drawer which was in the dining room not the kitchen. The lights on a sensor and timer were a slight problem as we had someone sleeping on the pull out couch and any movement would turn the lights on. Also, the lights on the porch are sensitive and would send light flooding into the room. We adjusted the angle of the flood lights and that seemed to help. Other than these minor things our stay was great!! We would definitely stay again!!”
