Great golf outing

Great Condo for a golf event I attended, everything was great you were able to walk to golf shop and all the onsite restaurants and anything else you needed, Silverado is one of our favorite golf locations and I will definitely rent this condo again

First visit to Napa

Was perfectly located to go to vineyards and downtown Napa. Pool was not heated as described. A resident from a neighboring unit said it rarely works Otherwise, had a great experience!

Key code provided via Vacasa was incorrect, as are the instructions for accessing the property on the confirmation info. Had to call to get instructions to find the key box on side of house (it was dark and not obvious) and get a new code. Then second unit had a different code and had to call again. Took 20 mins and 2 phone calls just to access the units. Instructions said there would be parking passes but there were none. No literature in the units so only going by the website which has incorrect info- very confusing. No info on VRBO either. Shower in master didn’t work so had to share with 2nd unit. TV in LR didn’t work. Very frustrating given the cost of the stay. Overall, a very poor experience!

Like the resort, but the unit experience could have been better

We arrived at 4pm and could not get access via the written instructions. Key pad codes did not work. Called Vacasa, who gave us options. Found 3 lock boxes. 1 worked and had 2 keys. One key worked for one unit, but other unit would not unlock. Vacasa called manager, who did not call for 2 hours, he gave us another code to try, which opened the 2nd of 3 boxes. This box had 2 keys, one worked for the other unit. Total time waiting in the heat to get in: 2 hours Everything inside was nice. Carpet is getting old and looks old. Everyday when we came in, the unit smells of cigarettes (we don't smoke).

The room was pretty disappointing. The carpets and couches were stained/dirty. The air conditioner leaked water that dripped down onto the back of the Television in one unit. We called Vacasa for maintenance and they never followed up/showed up. Wifi network that was listed on the reservation wasn't listed when you tried to connect to wifi. The toilet had issues flushing and the shower/tub faucet was loose and difficult to turn off. The resort itself was nice, but the units are in need of refurbishing.
