The price was good, however it was reflective of the quality. View to estuary was nice and the spa bath worked well. Washing dishes in bathrooms small sink that also contained toilet was interesting.

Family of four stayed in 2 bedroom unit for three nights. Was perfect spot, with a beautiful view of the water and in a quiet location. Room contained all we needed to relax in while there and the room was serviced each day, which was really lovely. Downsides, were the beds being quite firm and room being quite dirty. Shower needed a good clean, as well as mirrors and ranch sliders, however we enjoyed our stay and staff were very helpful. We would stay again.

Negatives. Property is very very tired. Gardens need a good tidy up and outdoor furniture a paint. The spa bath in our room was broken. And bathroom ceiling a few large patches of black mould with holes in vinyl floor. Where light fixtures had been replaced in bedrooms the wall was a different colour and previous screw holes visible. Fridge extremely noisy. All things I wouldn’t expect from a 4.5star rated motel. All easily fixed. Positives: Staff were very friendly, linen nice and clean and location is great. Very close to beach restaurants and bars. Heatpump in room worked very well
