Ancient vineyard at Naples

House was neat and tidy - much bigger than impression from photos. Grounds are beautiful with mountain views. Amy was very responsive. Small issue with shower, but was addressed. Was perfect for our family with young children and close to beautiful water hikes and beaches. Would recommend!

Nightmare of experience

I went for 2 nights at a property managed by Amy/Keith which they list through flxhaven.com at a lower price - unethical. Arrived at 1 AM. We noticed a sewage smell in the water in morning. Ran the taps for 30 min, assuming due to disuse but the smell persisted. After contacting Amy, she came and claimed it was due to a filtration system turning off and assured it was all good. The odor lingered till next day. Next day, a water leak from the upstairs ceiling forced us to call Amy. Keith/plumber were sent, and a broken bathtub was discovered upstairs. Astonishingly, Amy accused us of deliberately breaking it and saying excessive force was applied, despite our insistence of innocence. We explained the only people with tools in the house was her/team. She argued that it happened "under our control," even though her team had access to tools and we were out. She expects us to oversee the property repairs on vacation. When I mentioned a cracked stove, Amy said prior tenant was responsible. Amy probably charged them for damages but never fixed it. Amy then withheld $300 from our security deposit for the bathtub, provided a grainy photo when asked, refusing to provide clear, timestamped photos as evidence. Her reason? She said we would manipulate the images. A hole covered by grass on the property caused my son to sprain his leg badly while playing soccer and be taken to emergency . Amy dismissed my concerns, accusing me of seeking retribution. Get bad experience by choosing them
