Beautifully Place to stay

We stayed for our family vacation in Casa Raffaela. This beautiful apartment has a terrace with a great view. The lovely rooms are tidy and clean, the beds comfortable. We had a great time staying here and would 100% recommend! Last but not least the location is just perfect, near the central station and beautiful alleys.

Lovely Apartment in Naples

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious and clean. The penthouse position comes with rooftop access for a view across the city. Thankfully, there was also an elevator. The road was busy outside but the sound did not carry into the apartment. The location worked well for us as we traveled by train with backpacks. Fairly close to Garibaldi in one direction and the city center in another. The road

When you arrive in Napoli you might think the city is crazy. Stay for a while longer and it starts to grow on you. This apartment on the top floor is far enough from the street noise and close to the main train station for walking and transit. It’s a beautiful apartment - don’t let the street entrance fool you.

The apartment was spacious, amazing outdoor terrace and Roseta who met us ensured a warm welcome. Just one set of keys does mean if you're a group, you need to coordinate your movements. Communication through WhatsApp with wonderful Italy is sporadic so not to be relied on for anything urgent but luckily we were all good on that front. Location arriving at night does feel a little uneasy. Not so easy to find! Very close to train station, taxi rank outside Una Hotels (has a nice rooftop bar) and historic centre.

Malgré une situation exceptionnelle, un séjour décevant

Une situation idéale en plein coeur de Naples, une terrasse dominant Naples avec vue sur le Vésuve, des grands espaces, une cuisine. Tout aurait pu être parfait.Sauf que nos hôtes nous ont complètement oublié pour répondre aux différents problèmes rencontrés :- absence d'eau chaude,- un seul trousseau de clés pour trois couples, toutes attachées à un câble (clim, ascenseur, entrée immeuble, entrée appartement). Une personne part donc avec toutes les clés, laissant les autres dans la panade. C'est inadmissible,- un tout petit réfrigérateur, inutilisable pour 6 personnes,- 6 petites cuillers,- pas de couverts pour faire la cuisine,- pas de commande de la clim du couloir,- pas de torchons de cuisine,- odeur nauséabonde (moisi sur les fenêtres de la cuisine siphons d'évier et de lavabos bouchés),- pas de verres à vins,- une seule lampe de chevet dans la "suite",- absence de carafe d'eau,- absence de commande pour les luminaires en plafond de la cuisine,- pas de bouchon dans la baignoire, interdisant son utilisation,- aucune de réponse de la personne nous accueillant sur les principaux problèmes,- pas de réponse à nos sollicitations durant tout le séjour,- un seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour trois WC,- une machine à café ne fonctionnant pas.Tous ces problèmes ont gâché notre séjour, qui devient trop cher par rapport aux prestations.
