Comfy Condo

Well appointed 2 bed and 2 bathroom condo with large screened balcony in great location. Relaxing and easy....so much better then a hotel.

Lovely, but….

The condo was quite nice, no complaints there. However, one of the reasons I rented it was because of the washer and dryer in unit. (Park Shore has a laundry room, but it’s quite small and not at all convenient.) Unfortunately, the small washing machine did not spin the laundry adequately, so the dryer took, literally, hours to complete a small load. We gave up after only a couple of tries. As a result, I had to return my grandchildren to their parents with a large load of laundry, more than half of what we packed came home dirty, and our towels were a bit grungy by the end of the week. I definitely feel that I paid for a major amenity that I didn’t receive. But the condo itself was quite nice and comfortable.

Poorly managed and misleading

Me and my wife and 2 boys and my parents stayed for a week down there. This condo doesn’t care about their tenants and just trying to make money by misleading people. Once we arrived, we were pretty upset with the pictures versus what we actually were staying at. It smelled like RV cleaner when we walked in the door and had to air out the smell of cleaner. They do not allow any flushing of toilet paper Which was not included in the description. Stains on sheets, no fitted sheets, It was very small and crowded an overly decorated crap box and for the price we felt like we were totally ripped off. Pool was nice but crowded. Location was good. Communication started off great, however, we were interrupted twice by maintenance people for issues that could’ve been taken care of after our stay. 1 being a dryer vent cleaner the other being an internet service. We were informed they would be there and one of the management teams people would be there to let them in and lock up. This never happened and the internet tech showed up 3 hours early. When he showed up we were all in our room and we had to leave all of our things unattended to go to a reservation we had previously made and could not miss. I asked the guy to lock up behind himself and he never did leaving all of our stuff exposed for anyone to come in.I asked the mgmt about why they never sent a member of their staff. All they did was apologize and try to blame the internet company. Don’t stay here. Overpriced poorly managed
