「Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.」

「Property was very clean and well equipped. Rooms are small but if you use the balcony, it suffices. Beds are very firm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to many attractions such as the Lungomare, restaurants, the port, 2 to 3 castles, and supermarkets for the essentials. This place has an elevator, which was a must for us with our bags. There are no pools or gyms, front desk etc. Check in was self serve. Very well...

「I was in Naples for one night before travelling elsewhere. Everything in the apartment is very modern, the bed is comfortable, and you’re close to everything you need travel wise. The staff were great also and gave me helpful information about the city.」

「Be warned! This place is extremely poorly managed. They tell you if you lock the door it breaks. Another guest decided to lock the door and when we woke up we were locked in! Trapped against our will, it was terrifying. Not only that but we missed our train and our ferries out to the coast, cost us a lot of time and money and careful planning. 「It's false advertising to call this a "hotel." It is a seldom-staffed B&B with self-check-in by cell phone, no front desk, no tourist tips, and rather indifferent service. When we arrived, no one was there to open the door. It is just an apartment building, where the owners operate one floor as a B&B. We were only able to get in by luck, by begging neighbors to give us the phone number of the owner, who then texted a link to get codes to open the doors. The owner refused to give us a first...
