The property is in the hood. However, I felt safe, no one bothered me while I was out during the day or night. The room was clean, just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and nice shower. Restaurants great, markets, and other shops are in walking distance. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

Tive uma péssima experiência neste local. Primeiramente, não recebi as informações para entrar. Foi necessário ligar para conseguir. O primeiro quarto que me passaram, pasmem, estava ocupado!! E sim, cheguei a entrar no quarto de alguém com o código oferecido. Sorte a que a pessoa não estava no momento, pois teria sido ainda pior. O segundo quarto que me passaram, estava sujo! Não tinha sido limpo. Cama, toalhas, tudo usado. Lixo no quarto…me disseram que poderia deixar minhas coisas que enviariam a equipe de limpeza…(imagine o receio de deixar suas coisas em um quarto sujo, que seria acessado pela equipe de limpeza e que, por um erro, poderia ser acessado por outro hóspede como aconteceu comigo no primeiro quarto. De bom, somente a moça do atendimento. Compreensiva, calma e rápida em pelo menos tentar resolver os problemas. Foi o ponto positivo.

The place itself was not too bad, the room was clean and everything looked ok. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. The location is a little bit sketchy, when we first arrived around 10pm on Sunday was decided to walk 25 minutes from the station to the location. On the way, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and felt a little uncomfortable. But we soon learned that the whole city is like that and there is nothing to worry about. The customer service was horrible, we had a ton of issues getting into the unit. Once we arrived we were given a code to open the main door no issue. Once we got upstairs in front of the door there is 4 lockboxes one for every room in the unit. Summary of what happened: - we weee given a code for our box which did not open it. When we messaged her she essentially said we are incompetent and dont know how to open it. - sent her a video of us doing everything correct she told us to force it open (we couldnt) - she still said we dont know what we are doing and offered no help. We kept messaging her asking for a solution - gave us a code for another box we got the key went into the room and it was occupied. She said oops my bad ok go out of there - ended up waiting for an hour - some guy came called her, tried the code and it didnt work. - he forcefully pried it open most likely breaking the box and gave us the keys. - were told in the morning leave the key with receptionist, no one was there Overall customer service -10/10 horrible

I was really happy with the service. I arrived late because my flight had been delayed, but it wasn’t a problem. The owner of the property let me in and brought someone with to translate to English. The room was nice, but it was a little noisy as it was located right along the street. Although I also like this placement as it made it really easy to get everywhere.

Nice and quite place close to the Botanic garden. Only difficulty was that the google map location indicated a little different location, which made the place difficult to find. (Hotels.com's map seems to be correct). Nice extra that the breakfast was collected at a local café.

This property is not in a nice part of Naples. The surroundings are grimy and uninviting and the property’s locked door and small faded sign are not welcoming. However, the owner communicated easily and quickly on WhatsApp and sent someone to let me in within 10 minutes of me letting her know I had arrived. He was very helpful, showed me around the property and gave me the keys. I had a private room with bathroom which was perfectly clean. The bed had seen better days and was very soft with badly damaged faux leather head board ( peeling ). It is on a main road so is noisy, but I didn’t mind that. I couldn’t find a grocery store nearby, but there are several bars and cafes within a 2 minute walk. There is a bus stop and taxi rank outside the property, so getting to airport was easy. I took No 182 bus which the man who let me in told me about. Very cheap and quick. All in all it was fine for a one night stay prior to an early flight, but I probably wouldn’t want to stay any longer than one night, due to the surrounding area.

No hay suficientes instrucciones y es falso que le hacen a uno la limpieza diaria aunque sí cobran diario por la limpieza. Lo mas decepcionaste es el gasto continuo y desconsiderado de luz porque tienen prendido todo el día el clima aunque esté vacío. Se me hacen muy irresponsables y no contribuiré con este tipo de manejos irresponsables de la luz y energía.

New Years Eve stay

We stayed over New Year’s Eve. We arrived later than expected, however the host was understanding and communicated with us well upon arrival. The location was nice and had lots of coffee shops around. We really enjoyed the breakfast that the B&B provided at a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom.

This property went above and beyond! My other booking canceled on me, and I had to find another option fast, as it was very late, and had just landed. They came picked me up, and took care of me. They were amazing, and I would use them again in a heart beat!

i was led to believe it was generally a nice area no it is more downtown. The tourist parts were fine but hardly any restaurants in my area so I ate piazza all week. Disappointed as I like italian food. The B&B was not what it looked like on internet photo the walls had marks near bed.The room needs painting in a better clour than grey.
