We are about three years old and have the highest reviews from all of our guests who have stayed here. The elegant interior design boasts a flowing spacious 3 bedroom home with the highest quality material and furnishings. Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home! Thomas was an exceptional host—highly responsive and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and conveniently close to pickleball courts at Veteran's Park. With fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby, everything we needed was within easy reach. You truly couldn't ask for a better place for a vacation!

Property is well-kept - clean, comfortable. Convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Beach chairs and toys were a big hit! Pool and hot tub were our favorite thing at the end of the day. Would stay there again.

Great weekend stay!

We stayed at the 101 during a weekend with our family and we had a great time. The house has great amenities, it is spacious, super clean and well located. We had a great time staying there. The host is very responsive and helpful. There are all sort of restaurants and stores very close by. Recommended!!

Great Winter Get-away

The house was super cozy and well-designed. The pool was incredible - it was heated to a perfect temperature in the winter, so our toddler could swim without any worries. The hot tub was amazing too. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and we were so grateful for the “welcome gift” in the fridge. The garden and pool area were beautifully designed, with plenty of privacy. All the rooms were super comfortable. And guess what? It was right next to the beach and Whole Foods! We had an amazing time and are already planning to come back again!
