We loved this stay. Clean spacious room with a great balcony view. Friendly and attentive staff. Traveling with an infant and stroller, so it is nice that there is an elevator.

Great location, with good restaurants, two local supermarkets and easy access to some of the ferries (less than 20 minutes walk to the high speed ferries, not so close to the slower/more economical ferries, take a taxi instead). We loved La Mummerelle and will definitely use them in a future visit!

This is not a not a hotel. It is a private property management group with flats in the city. The Santa Lucia apartments are in a lovely area of Naples. Family area with good restaurants and grocery store. Close to the marina and ferry docks and within walking distance of many of the main city attractions. It was perfect location with beautiful view of the bay of Naples. The flat was in a building where other families live. It did have an elevator. They building are old but have lots of character. The apartment was well appointed and the beds comfortable. The staff very attentive and arrange transport for us to and from the airport and also helped us make dinner reservations. We would happily return again.

Not as described at all. No water in the room and when they came up, they got it working and told me to go out into the courtyard in order to get the order to work in the future. No Plumber would be available. To make matters worse, they told me it would not be able to be fixed until the day after I left. They offer no compensation and I had no water in my room for the last 36 hours of my stay. The room was nice and clean, but this was not a hotel. It is an apartment in a mixed-use area. There are businesses and apartments in the building. Again they claimed to be a hotel but they are not. I would think twice before booking here.

Not as described! In a random apartment building with super thin walls. Residences of the apartment building were up past midnight both nights we stayed (Wednesday and Thursday). Shower was moldy with minimal water pressure. Mattresses were hard, making it difficult to sleep. Was advertised as city view, and our view was of a wall and trash. I do not recommend!
