Not Great

The house is fine but it is not in a good neighborhood. The master bedroom is enormous and the remaining bedrooms are not great, the WiFi is slow and it wasn't clean.

Ghosted by Management Company when it came to any problems

We rented the property for 3 days. When we arrived the internet didn't work. We received notification from Spectrum the bill wasn't paid. We contacted Vacasa (management company) and were told they would take care of it. We heard nothing until internet was turned on Sunday. 2 days into the 3 day rental. We also paid for the pool to be heated. An additional 109 for the weekend. The pool equipment was in a malfunction state and spraying water 10 feet into the air. I took photos and sent to Vacasa requesting refund for the heating charges. We ran out of propane on Saturday we were able to call Vacasa and they said we can do the propane exchange and then send receipt. This was completed and we still have not heard from Vacasa or received refund.
