離碼頭很近的飯店
後面有好吃Pizza餐廳，如果要去卡布里島，這裡離碼頭很近。無線網路不太好。

位置很棒，值得推薦！
飯店位置很棒，離Metro (新蓋好的Municipio站)、港口都很近，港口有往Capri島的密集航班，港口邊就有Alibus機場巴士站，新堡、歌劇院、皇宮等景點也都在附近。房間乾淨，有點潮濕，早餐還不錯，天氣好可以在戶外露台用餐，露台就正對著新堡(附近施工中，目前隔著一片工地)。雖然附近交通比較雜亂，但是整個Naples都是這種感覺，整體而言值得推薦。

The room given to us didn’t match with what we saw when booking through Expedia. In Expedia the Superior Rooms has full height glass door that has views of the outside. However. our room has window that faces a dark alleyway.

Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angereist, die Haltestelle vom Alibus Flughafen Zubringer bis zum Hotel ist etwa 200Meter entfernt, es ist die Endhaltestelle. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und gut. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl, wo jeder etwas findet. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut für Unternehmungen, der Fährhafen ist etwa 200Meter entfernt. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

We stayed here part of a night for a layover before a very early flight. Front staff was friendly. Hotel was lovely and located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sites.

This Mercure is very well located indeed for the heart of Naples, including the port, Opera house, Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale etc. It is well connected to the railway station at Municipio metro station. The hotel is unassuming, but clean and efficient. Staff helpful. I shall certainly use again

With outside temp 72F hotel shutdown HOTEL CENTRAL AC unit and inside room is hot and UNBEARABLE and MISERABLE. They want windows open but problems with MOSQUITOS. 3 Nites of nightmare. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! BAD PLACE OR STAY. NOT RECOMMENDED

This property is very close to the port which is convenient if you plan on ferrying to Capri and Amalfi like we did. Much more enjoyable than flying!

A estadia foi boa mas o pessoal do hotel poderia orientar melhor a questão do estacionanento. Perguntei quando cheguei e disseram que poderia parar do lado do hotel. Antes de parar o veiculo perguntei o preco e disseram 60 euros por 3 noites. Quando parei o carro no estacionamento disseram que o preco era 75 euros. Comentei o problema com o hotel e disseram que tinham uma indicação de estaciinamento. Entao por que nao indicaram quando perguntei???

Well positioned hotel
Clean functional hotel well situated in the port area. Room I had very hot, air con not turned to cooling in March. Room was 324 above an alley and next to breakfast room so quite noisy. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Ottima posizione - camere da ristrutturare
L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Zona reception recentemente ristrutturata. Il giudizio sulla ns. camera è invece molto negativo, camera piccola (ma quello era indicato) bagno vecchio, sicuramente da ristrutturare. Camera troppo cara rispetto alle caratteristiche pari ad un vecchio 3 stelle. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Emplacement idéal Tarif élevé
L'emplacement de l'Hôtel MERCURE est idéal, à deux pas du port et de l'embarcadère pour les iles. Au centre de tout. Les employées sont accueillantes et serviables. La terrasse du petit-déjeuner donnant sur le château et le port est parfaite. Le seul bémol est le tarif élevé au mois d'Août 140 € la nuit sans le petit-déjeuner (sur place pas de bar, de restaurant, de salle de sport, de piscine, de salle de détente)

Die Lage war für uns optimal.Direkte Anbindung an Flughafen und Port. Super Frühstück und Ausblick von der Frühstücksveranda. Das Zimmer allerdings mussten wir nach der ersten Nacht wechseln(air conditioner war ausser Betrieb und die Fenster konnte man nur aufklappen, keine Luftzufuhr, die Toilettenspühlung von den umliegenden Zimmern war extrem laut). Das Zweite Zimmer war absolut fantastisch.

Nice hotel but could be improved
Goog location for this hotel. The building would need some improvements. Bedding is old and should be changed. My mattress was in a terrible condition. The staff is nice.
