This house had everything we needed. It was clean, close to the beaches, and for us an added bonus of the pool. We would totally stay here again!! Thank you for everything Sue!!!

Great Location, Better Host

Host was amazing and very helpful. The house is perfect, but the host was amazing helping communicate with us on everything from nearby places to eat to everything possible with the house. Highly recommended. Comfortable and clean!

Amazing house,

I spent a week with my family in this property. It is just amazing. It has the amenities you'll need. Very pleasant. Very clean. The owner really spent time to decorate the property, nicely decorated. As soon as you step in you will feel you are home very welcoming. Nice size pool my kids just loved it. Nice and safe neighborhood. 10mn to a nice beach, and downtown. 5mn to grocery stores. 5mn from many doctors offices and urgent care. In this property you are all covered in and out. I had the chance to meet the owner. They are as amazing as their property. Very responsive I texted her to get some advise about the area. I felt I'm asking a friend she took her time to explain everything to me. It is not my first time renting a house for vacation I've been through few, but by far this is my best experience. Thank you for making my vacation as good as I wanted. Highly recommended 100% be back. It is a keeper. Thank you

Serviceinnstilte eiere, rent og praktisk hus i rolig strøk.

Eierne kom innom og lurte på hvordan vi trivdes og om det var noe vi manglet. Vi var to familier, 4 voksne og 3 ungdommer. Suverent og praktisk hus hvor ungdommene hadde sin "egen avdeling". BEAUTIFUL HOME WONDERFUL OWNERS

The home was breathtaking. As soon as we opened the door, we knew we were going to love the stay. From its bright paint to its wonderfully selected furniture to its knick knacks and wall hangings, it was clear to us that the owners loved the house. It is set up well for guests. There is a "mother-in-law suit" or, to be more specific, a marvelous part of the house with a separate kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and all the privacy any guests could want. There is an upstairs which we rarely used (mostly my adult kids). I'm not a fan of climbing stairs. If that is a concern, don't worry. The downstairs is practically a separate, independent house on its own. The home has a large heated pool. There are very comfortable chairs around it as well as a table and chairs set back in the shadows for those who sunburn easily or just want to retreat from the heat. Back to the heated pool It was spotless and well maintained. There is a marvelous screened cover over the entire pool and sitting area. A lot of thought went into the home's design. Here is the real selling point of the house - Sue and Lee -the owners. By the end of our stay, we felt as if they accepted us close friends. They are very warm, very charming, and their top priority was our comfort and enjoyment. Gracious and friendly, Sue and Lee provide a beautiful home and a marvelous backyard (lanai) for reading, resting and swimming. No leased home is problem-free. There were a few of them. Sue and lee were almost embarrassed by these minor problems. Remember they have your happiness in mind. Two people who care. All problems handled. That's the way it's supposed to work. Back to the pool for a moment, I would not let the fee for heating the pool be a deterrent. The heated pool was used every day or twice per day by my fife, son and daughter-in-law. Obviously, that is your individual choice, but you won't regret paying it. That's my review. My wife and I will be back. In fact, we have already booked a month with Sue and Lee. Jeffrey and Marsha

Nice home in a nice community with a nice pool.

This was a nice property overall. It has a nice pool and a nice size table and chairs under the awning out back which was nice for game playing and visiting. The owners Sue and her Husband were available for any questions or issues and were very personable. The are 2 reasons I didn't give 5 stars. One, was because it did not have a conventional oven even though it does have 2 convection ovens, and two, the area in which the large screen tv resided needed an additional chair or recliner in order for four people to be completely comfortable. We did bring a chair in from another room but it wasn't very comfortable. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Awesome home

Spacious, comfortable home. The grandparents and our family had some privacy while still connected. Beautiful pool, loved walking down 5th ave and the sunsets are perfect. Quiet neighborhood with a resort feel. Can't wait to return.
