Pool was great. But thought you would want to know the ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work. The fence needs to be replace. My son in law stepped on a rusty nail from a piece of fence broken off. Vacuum only worked one minute after charged. Needs to be replaced. Filter on ref dr needs to be replaced. Made a noise when getting water. Broken toilet holder in kid bath. Area rug needs shampooing. And light out by front door so hard to see code at night. Also more bath towels needed.

Great house!Baby loved the pool with level like a baby pool.Location great!Also, ceiling fans in every room need to be in working condition - all speeds with remote.But it could use black out curtains in the bedrooms. Baby room we used leaf bag. To many to cover other 2 bedrooms and Master with sliding doors.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s property. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of good dining options and beaches within a 5 min drive. It took a bit to get the pool and hot tub figured out but Jeff was always quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Foursome on a golf/ business trip

Four very well appointed rooms and 3 baths were renovated recently with the rest of the house. The kitchen is also well appointed and the pool area is really nice too. We were close to restaurants and bars. We could walk to the beach - but we never did because we had a great pool. We loved the location and will check if it’s available next year.

Relax family vacation

The house inside was clean and had absolutely everything we need for our stay. Pool area was not as clean as was inside, but we understand is and outside area. It is located a short distance 5 min by car to the beach. Jeff answered all our questions and was very friendly. We have a very nice family vacations. The only detail I would comment, is that compared to other properties that we have rented in the same area, it seemed to us that it was above the price and was less luxurious.

We loved staying in Naples Park! The house was perfect for 3 couples, very clean and was an easy drive to the beach and restaurants on 5th street. We had some initial trouble hearing the pool, but Jeff was very responsive and helped us problem solve.

we went with my BIL and Cousins, we were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids 3-8ys old. we had a great time and house accommodated all our needs. The property itself it is exactly as described, and as seen in the pictures, maybe even better. well equipped and super clean! it had beach towel and chairs. closest beach is a few minutes away. great location with everything you need nearby.
