Light-flooded, large (68 square metres) holiday apartment plus roof terrace above the old town of Naples. 800 metres below the Parco Capodimonte (Naples' green lung) with breathtaking views of Vesuvius, the Gulf of Naples and Capri, this 2 1/2 room apartment sleeps 5. A perfect place to explore the city of Naples and reflect on your experiences in the evening on the roof terrace. From here, you can take trips to the Amalfi Coast, Capri, etc., while also getting to know the city of Naples with all its sights. The flat is located directly above the city centre of Naples, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers the largest contiguous old town in Europe.

Tolles Appartment mit beeindruckendem Blick. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. Metro läuft man zwar circa 20 Minuten, was aber - trotz des Bergaufs- und Bergabs - nicht tragisch ist. Für Last-Minute-Shopping gibt's auf dem Weg Minimarkets. Carsten, der Gastgeber, ist immer schnell am Handy, wenn man eine Frage hat. Empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche besitzt eine große Gefrier-Kühlkombination. Diese findet man eher selten in Ferienwohnungen. Zudem einen Geschirrspüler und eine große Waschmaschine, so dass man für den Aufenthalt eher weniger Wäsche benötigt. Die Küchenutensilien zum Kochen sind ausbaufähig. Wir haben den zauberhaften Ausblick aus dem Wohn- und Esszimmer genossen. Traumhaft. Das Check in lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir circa 300 Meter weiter Richtung Hauptstraße geparkt hatten. Das Glück war auf unserer Seite, der Wagen blieb 17 Tage unversehrt.

You’re in the heart of Naples here, with a stunning view of the city and volcano. Carsten is incredibly responsive and helpful and the apartment is gorgeous.

Great apartment to stay in. Views from the windows and up on the roof were fantastic. Not too far from some good night life and lovely restaurants. Host was easy to contact and helpful.

Spacious apartment with fantastic view. Be aware the view comes at a cost. Steep walk up to the apartment and very difficult to book transport out if you're hauling luggage. Good exercise though. Quiet location and a walk to everywhere. Host communicated well. We loved the comfortable furnishings and style.

As advertised, the views are stunning from Carsten's apartment. It is quite the hike up to the apartment but the character of the neighborhood is worth it, and the apartment was spacious and lovely.

Wir haben eine Woche in der zauberhaften Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht war unglaublich. Die Stadt liegt einem zu Füßen. Alles war so, wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Wir hatten das Gefühl, mitten in Neapel, bei den Menschen im Viertel wohnen zu dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr gut!

Absolutely loved staying at this apartment in Naples! Walking to the local establishments felt like one of the locals; speaking of - everyone was so kind and helpful. The view from the apt is simply breathtaking both mornings & nights. Carsten was only a phone call away and extremely accommodating. Would love to go again!

Lovely stay

The property was very clean and well stocked. The bedsheets were interesting, didn’t quite fit the bed. Beautiful, new appliances and big, bright windows. Be prepared for a long walk to and from, mostly uphill. It is quite daunting without a car or scooter. The check in process was difficult but I did not lower my rating because I did not contact the host prior to our arrival, so make sure you do that. When I finally did connect he was so friendly and willing to help, he’ll guide you through any problems you may have.

Appartamento con vista stupenda

Appartamento con tutti i confort, vista stupenda, vicino c’è il garage Reggia di Capodimonte dove lasciare comodamente l’auto. La strada per raggiungere l’appartamento è un po’ stretta e con un’auto grande è necessaria una guida esperta ma dal garage si raggiunge bene a piedi. Il centro è molto vicino e si può andare sia a piedi che con la linea 201 e 204 dell’autobus
