The communication from the team was exellent to find the property and recommending places to eat and drink. The property is very central to bars and restaurants. The street outside is very busy and noisy but the apartments are set back in a courtyard via a lift or stairs on the 4th floor. The apartments are very quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. You will love or hate Naples. We loved it.💚

Right in the centre of the old town, where there were plenty of great bars and puzzerias to choose from. The staff were exemplary; really helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend Relais to snyone visiting Naples

Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!

Located in the heart of the centre of town on a busy area with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are located on the top floor of an old building. The rooms themselves are immaculate and well kept. The only slight negative is that this floor is accessed by a small coin operated lift.

The one employee I met was quite helpful, but the “smart” tv wouldn’t stream a single thing, I had to fix the tv myself in order for it to play anything on cable, not a single English Channel! They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. Other than that, the room was nice with a pretty cool set up. The entrance to the hotel feels a little sketchy but it adds to the charm of the place in my opinion. Tiny little exterior elevator inside a small courtyard entrance with a massive old wooden double door to the street, during the evenings and mornings there is a tiny little man door in the massive wooden door that you open to get in and out. It’s very quiet inside the complex but once you get out that wooden door it’s a super busy bustling little area with a ton of locals and tourists. Lots of places to eat and little shops everywhere. All in all I would rate it a 6.5/10.
