Breakfast was a selection of sweet pastries, delivered the night before and not particularly healthy. We arrived late and there were no options for evening dining nearby. We should have ate before we checked in. The lady who checked us in was a stand-in, who spoke no English, but we managed and she was polite. My translator App was useful.

The included breakfast is a basket of pastries and assorted teas, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby, the property is near the airport and downtown, easy access to many shops and points of interest

La photo extérieure de l'annonce n'est pas la photo de cet hotel. Cet hôtel est situé dans un quartier sûr mais très moche et franchement compliqué a trouver. La chambre est jolie mais salle de bain a du moisi et de la rouille. En vérité 35min a pied de l'aéroport par des voies moches et sales. Vraiment le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon.

Firstly, the picture of the outside you see in the advert has no bearing on the place you are visiting and the garden view is another block of flats with a hedge between. Skycity B&B have 3 rooms in an old multi block tenement. There are 11 or 12 blocks, most of which appear to be permanent residences. To access the flats by foot you need to climb a steep set of steps and walk up to block 11, then another set of internal steps to the first floor. The room itself is surface clean but I dropped something which went under the bed and it was pretty dusty. The shower also would have benefited from a deep clean and the towel rail was broken and in one of the drawers. The included breakfast was essentially pre packed sweet items and absolutely nothing available for gluten intolerant people. Toiletries provided was just liquid soap. The toilet seat wasn’t fixed and the wardrobe was stuffed full of spare bedding so little hanging space. Whilst there was a kettle there weren’t any tea bags, sugar etc. There was a coffee maker available for the 3 rooms to use but no instructions on how to use it. It was close to a bus stop to take you into the City and the train station but the frequency of buses was very hit and miss. The airport is very close and the accommodation is right under the flight path so from about 6 am till late there are planes constantly taking off overhead. Arrivé tard la nuit vers 23h ,le problème c'est que c'est difficile de voir les numéros de rue et de bâtiment. Chambre bonne et bien équipé mais il manquerais une chaise... Tout fonctionne bien.

This place is near impossible to find. The taxi cab driver was nice enough to contact property for its location because he couldn't even find it. Located in a low income housing appertments. No restaurants or anywhere to eat. Its not a B&B. Their is a small fridge with some water along with a basket of snacks to eat. Very unsafe area.

Not what you expect from the listing pictures

This place is not what is shown in the pictures. It was a really good location for the airport and they did arrange a shuttle for us which was 25 Euro at 5.30am which is the main reason I picked this location as it was about a 5 min drive away. However the walk from the airport too about 30 minutes and was along a very busy main road. When you arrive at the property there are multiple blocks of flats so you have to follow the instructions carefully to find it. The whole estate seems very run down and looks to be more residential flats. Inside the building it was very run down and no lift to the rooms. The room itself was fine nothing special and breakfast was pre packed croissants. Not really much in the way of food options near by but we managed to find a burger takeaway not too far of a walk. The person who met us didn't speak much English but we managed fine with Google translate and she was helpful in arranging the shuttle

I did not stay at the property as my stay was cancelled by the host before i arrived at the property on the day quoting building works . I was still ok with this and would not have bothered however i have been chasing hotels . com for refund and after atleast 5 different conversations with 5 different agents and a phone call, my refund is still not sorted . Apaarently hotels.com cannot contact the property multiple times and so as per policy they cant refund me . I have also written to property with no response

Started off great, sent me useful information on how to get to the property. Taxi driver could not find the building because unfortunately instead of sending you like a description or building number they just sent pictures, which were hard to follow because every building looks the same. Place was as described, area surrounding is a little sketchy but as is majority of Naples. The main reason for my poor review is that we had arranged an airport shuttle with the lady, reminded her the day we checked in that we had to leave no later than 0700, all was good we knew the price. After a text and a phone call at 0657, with no answer, asking where and who we were waiting on that morning, she replied with where to meet at 0704. I sent another message at 0713 asking if the driver was on the way or close as we are limited on time, no answer. At 0720 I had to figure out a way to use Uber to connect with a Taxi in order to get to the airport. I solder her that and still she never bothered to have the curtesy to call or text back. We barely made it to the airport with no extra time to spare. Overall, the place is fine for a night but do not trust the "airport shuttle service" if you want to actually get to the airport.

Our stay at SkyCity was great! It was very conveniently located by the airport, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we were allowed to leave our bags with reception while we walked around. Would very much recommend!

The room was confortable and clean, but the description of the area where it was located was not good. There was no telephone number where to call when we arrived late at night, but the neighbors were really kind to help us out on finding the owners and we were able to check in. In the morning, the owner was really rude and wanted to kick us out of the building because we had no cash to pay for the taxes and he did not have a credit card terminal to charge us. Really poor service.

Skycity B&B 23mins walk from airport

Sure, here's a review focusing on the positive aspects of transport for SkyCity B&B in Naples: --- I recently stayed at SkyCity B&B in Naples and had a fantastic experience, particularly with the ease of transportation. The location is unbeatable, situated just a short walk from major public transport hubs. The nearby metro station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with quick and direct routes to all the major attractions. Additionally, the proximity to the central train station allowed for seamless day trips to nearby cities and the Amalfi Coast. Taxis and buses were also readily available right outside the B&B, ensuring that no part of Naples was out of reach. This made my stay both stress-free and enjoyable, allowing me to fully appreciate the vibrant culture and historic sites of Naples. SkyCity B&B is an excellent choice for travelers who prioritize convenient and efficient transportation options.

Even one night is too much here

The accomodation is located in a building-jungle with bad roads, this is why there is no extrior photo of this place. There was mold in the shower, tle lid of the toilet came off. Walls are paper thin, cannot rest. This is a flat turned into a three rooms B&B. There is no breakfast though, only packed croissant kind of things. The host tried to be nice, but does speak only italian. This is not a standard for renting for foreigners.
