The hotel was right at the port where all the major cruise ships dock…the rooms were very spacious and an added plus was that whatever drinks were in the refrigerator was free, not too many hotels do that! Breakfast was also included. We thought it was very walkable to get where we wanted to go from hotel… had a great stay and will stay there again.

Room was bigger and modern compared to other European hotels. Very excellent service as I dropped my bags off early AM to go on excursion. Hotel is right got in the cruise terminal which was extremely convenient

Cruise terminal hotel

The property was very secure safe place to stay. It is right at the port, rooms overlooking the cruise boats approx 15 feet from your windows. The room was new and updated. The policy of the bar restaurant to only serve hotel guests during certain times made it intimate. The payment can only be made thru the front desk for the bar items. I would stay at this property again specifically If I was boarding a cruise here or ending one here..

First time in Naples

A 2 night Pre cruise stay… the cruise ship was just steps away. The hotel location was very convenient to seeing the sights of the city, transportation and some very good restaurants. Our only complaint was that once leaving the hotel property you were constantly approached by independent taxi guides or tour companies.

The hotel is amazing and easy to find. Very close the metro and for book the tour. The girls of reception is amazing,polite and quickly. I really recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy short time and easy way for everything. If you don't mind to walk you can go in Storic Centre by walk...really safe!!

Great place to stay

Great location on the water. We bookes it to be near the ferry dock - which it was, but our ferry was cancelled. Still great location near public transport. Service was great. Breakfast spread was excellent.
