The location was very good, within walking distance from the port, city centre, and most other key tourist sites in Naples. The hotel was excellent, the service great, and the rooms pristine. Highly recommend!

This property is right next to the main train terminal (so it's very conveniently located) yet it is also very quiet, which is nice. I appreciated the clean rooms, the air conditioning, the WiFi, the delicious breakfast that was included with our stay, and the helpful staff.

Nice hotel

The room was surprisingly nice and big. The location is good just five minutes from the central station. Breakfast was average but was sufficient for my needs. The juices were from a machine, I prefer fresh juices.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice amenities. Great location (right next to the train station), and excellent, excellent service. The front desk staff was so incredibly helpful (they arranged a transport to pick us up from the Naples airport and take us directly to the hotel on the same day as arriving), and super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little bit dirty and the furniture around the room was worn down. The breakfast was substandard in my opinion. Not a lot of options, but good coffee. Convinient location near a train station and alot of space in the room.

This property was chosen due to quick access to train station. Also there is a grocery market within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was nice to give a nice start to exploring Napoli. Bear in mind that location is next to central train station so you will encounter many homeless people. Room was nice with minor issue at checkin that was resolved but I would have no problem staying here again.
