Very inconvenient sleeping arrangement for third person. Bathroom is very small and has shower leaking water everywhere.

The apartment is perfectly situated on the top floor of an old building in the heart of the old city, with a lovely terrace with views across to Vesuvius. However the photos on the website were obviously taken some years ago. As you can see from my photos things have changed. The bathroom is dirty, the shower curtain is very dirty. The bathroom thinks it is a wet room, but it is not and the slope into the drain is not enough to stop the most of floor becoming flooded, we had to use a towel to stop this. The toilet brush is simply disgusting. . The kitchen is fine, however for a flat that says it will accomodate 4 people there were only 2 espresso mugs, 1 small tea mug but 10 dinner plates and 10 side plates ! There were no basics such as tea towels, kitchen roll or dishwashing sponges or washing up liquid. I rang the agents to say something, they apologised and said they would get something sorted as soon as they could, we left 5 days later having heard nothing from them, they ignored us completely ! The garden furniture is not golden and new, my photos show you what it looks like. One chair is broken and the lounger has rotted completely and been left in a pile to one side ! The wardrobe doors in the bedroom need addressing as they stick, there was one electrical socket completely broken. There are positives, the air con was a blessing, the terrace was nice, but the whole place needs a good clean and a make-over to bring it up to what it could and should be !

Superbe séjour

Appartement conforme à la description. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Osvaldo.Équipe reactive lors de demande d'informations tout au long du séjour.Emplacement au top !La vue sur le Vésuve est tres syma lord de l'apéro.J'ai un doute sur l'emplacement de la vitre dans la cuisine donnant une vue direct dans la douche/toilette, mais à part cela tout était parfait.

Ideale Lage in Neapel und Grösse für Ferien zu zweit

Wir reisten mit der Bahn und konnten die Wohnung ab Napoli centrale ohne Probleme zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage in der Altstadt, ist gut eingerichtet und hat eine tolle, sonnige Terrasse mit Ausicht auf Stadt und Vesuv. Einziger Kritikpunkt: bezüglich Küchenutensilien und Gläser/Geschirr gibt es Luft nach oben.

Tolle Lage, aber dreckig

Die Lage ist wirklich super, vor allem die Terasse ist wirklich super mit tollem Blick und Sonne (auch im März)Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns alle Latschen gekauft, da die Socken ansonsten nach wenigen Schritten dreckig war. Zudem zu beachten ist, dass es ein nicht Blickdicht-machbares Fenster zwischen Küche und Dusche ist, was jenachdem mit wem man verreis von Relevanz sein könnte. Dazu gab es "nur" zwei Doppeldecken, was zu viert dann doch besser geht und das Betttuch auf dem Sofa wirklich dreckig.

Quiet retreat

Lovely appmnt as stated in middle Naples with roof top appmnt with roof terrace to get away from madness of traffic in Naples. Low airplanes in am. and pm but this did not both us - enjoyed watching them

Zentral in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt in Laufweite von den dortigen touristischen Zielen und zum Hauptbahnhof. Für ein Paar ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß, mit mehreren Personen oder größeren Kindern dürfte es etwas eng werden. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind ordentlich.

Great location, quiet, good aircon, great views from the terrace. The window between the kitchen and shower/toilet is a bit random, fine for us as a couple but maybe not if sharing with children or friends.

Great stay

Wonderful spot and we really enjoyed it. Wish the apartment had been a bit cleaner and there was no toilet paper when we arrived but other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great trip

The apartment was great, perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and well equipped. The view front the terrace was amazing and there were so many wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. This was our first trip to Italy and it didn't disappoint! 😊

The appartement and the view are amazing. However the floor was super dirty (the bath mat and our feet were black after 5 minutes), there was dirty dishes and there was rubbish on the bathroom floor. Location is excellent, you can do everything on foot.

Not great but did the job

The pros: Check-in was great and the staff was very friendly. The Cons: The apartment served its purpose but we could not enjoy the deck because a wasp nest was nearby. The bathroom wasn't ideal and had a direct view of the kitchen without privacy. There was also hair everywhere and the bathtub couldn't be filled a few inches before the hot water ran out.

Viva Napoli !

Naples est la ville de tous les excès. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et cet appartement y a grandement contribué : une oasis de fraicheur et de calme après nos périples dans la chaleur et l'ardeur napolitaines. Il est de plus idéalement situé pour les amoureux d'églises, de musées et d'histoire et de bonnes tables. Voir Naples et ... revenir !

Naples stay

Enjoyed the rooftop apartment in the historic Ce tro Storico part of Naples. Welcome and check in were excellent. The lift was welcome after days out sightseeing. It is quite a gritty area, moreso towards and around Garibaldi, but we felt safe in the streets round and about.
