Nilo – Historic Apartment with Patio by Casa N
A characterful home in the historic center, blending typical Neapolitan décor with the charm of an ancient palazzo. Arranged over two levels, with a patio/terrace facing the internal courtyard—perfect for morning coffee or an aperitivo.
Spaces and layout
Two separate double bedrooms across two floors.
Mezzanine with single bed (third sleeping space).
Two full bathrooms (one on each level).
Equipped kitchen with dining area and sofa bed.
Amenities: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, heating, washing machine.
You’ll have the entire apartment for exclusive use, patio included.
What’s included:
Towels and bed linen, bathroom essentials, cookware and tableware, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. Plus my personal assistance (Mario) for restaurant advice, custom routes, and private transfers on request.

Great location
Very nice apartment in Naples. The neighborhood was great and steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the sites in Naples. Our whole family of 7 fit easily in the apartment. Great spot!

Sehr zentral gelegen, aber angenehm ruhig. Klimaanlage. Moderne Küche und Bäder mit Waschmaschine. Sehr sauber. Unkomplizierter und immer kurzfristiger Kontakt zu den freundlichen Vermietern. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a really lovely property. Very very clean, well equipped and loads of space. The area is great. Authentic and loads of places to get great food and to see the sights of Naples. Mario could not be more helpful. Anything at all, he was there on WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. Our family had a wonderful time here. We will definitely book again and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
