“首先所屬地區不是十分安全, 晚上有很多流連街上的街童集結嘈吵。酒店服務人員冷淡, 預訂時所指的加床, 原來就是拿被子大套放客廳沙發, 這樣就收取AUD40元一天, 這種加床服務我真是第一次聽到。最令人失望的是 ： 一個連鎖服務性行業集團, 竟然週日及聖誕節無House Keeping服務, 聖誕節25與26日兩天, 連前台也只是09:00~17:00提供服務, 只留了個急緊聯絡電話。萬一住客發生什麼意外, 那真是聽天由命了！整體來說它跟本不能說是一家酒店, 頂多是民宿！可服務連民宿都不如！”

“The staff were very pleasant and helpful, it was great to have parking available. Would have like a lift but staff offered to help with luggage. Will return hopefully in the summer so I can use the pool”

“The room is nice and clean. The manager is very kind and passionate. It's better to park right into their carpark, then unload your luggage,way much safer and convenient than pushing across the road. It's advised to bring your favourite body wash and shampoo.”

“Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage……

“House was very cold. Need woolen blankets on the bed. Cotton waffle blanket is not warm enough. Window in the main bathroom needs to be fully frosted glass, instead of just half. The top half of the bathroom window is not frosted. One can be seen from the road that runs along the house. Had to squat in the shower, not to be seen. Everything else OK.”

“A really great place to accommodate a group of friends for a weekend get together. Everything you could ask for including the pool table and cosy fire!”

“Nice property, lovely little cottage. Nice extras such as the robes, appreciated as it was cold weather. Fire was great and had back up heating with the split system. Hosts were responsive, we only have one suggestion, a sandwhich press to make toasties, by the fire 😊 We enjoyed our stay comfy bed, nice linen very clean, we will be back. Thank you”
