It was a perfectly nice property, and was in a really good location. However, communications with the host were really poor, and check-in was a huge fiasco. I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. There was no other way to get in contact with this host. They provided us a phone number in the booking info, but we called it and it turned out to be the wrong number. We had to plead with the stores in the basement of the building to help us out, which was really stressful.
