Had a great stay overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, cozy, and provided a very comfortable night’s rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, though the dining area can get quite busy during peak morning hours. Would gladly stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location and very modern. The buffet breakfast has way more options than one needs. The flavor was a bit lacking in most of the food. I will say their plant based broth was the best I ever had. I also recommend eating at せっちゃん a nine seat chef experience. Less expensive than most of the restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Great facilities with the kids room, relaxation area with massage chairs and spa. Also, very impressed with the availability of rental items you can order from your room. Their service was great alongside with their high level of english. Very good. Clean rooms and amenities were great. Only complaint is the 24/7 coin laundry only has 3 of the machines so unless its 4 am in the morning and nobody locked and hasn’t collected their stuff immediately after they are done washing then you are good.
