Room was good, staff OK, but overall this hotel is slipping. I have stayed there three times before and 5 years ago it was great, but it is in decline. They are not investing in it to maintain its quality. It’s small things really, like the reception desk is worn and frayed, room door does not seal ...

excellent place for a stay in Chandigarh
everything was great! Staff very nice and eager to help with a big smile at any time. Food in the restaurant was good. The only thing was the mattress that was a bit too hard for our backs but nothing to complain.
