Super semaine dans les Corbières

Accueil bien organisé avec petite visite guidée du site et les recommandations d'utilisation des lieux. Le gîte est agréable et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur le jardin. Nous avons apprécié: l'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire, le confort du gîte, la terrasse, la piscine. La route à proximité ne nous a pas gêné car elle est peu passagère en soirée ..... Bref c'est un endroit vraiment sympa à découvrir. Philippe

vakantie om tot rust te komen.

rustig, veel privacy ,goed ingericht, minpunt wel dat het aantal borden, glazen en bestek beperkt zijn voor 1 maaltijd Plaats van zetel is beschikbaar voor 3 personen. Wij waren met 6 personen. Zwembad is wel iets te klein voor 3 gezinnen Eigenaars buitengewoon vriendelijk en problemen worden direct opgelost.

Super nette Vermieter. Alles vorhanden, was es für ein Ferienhaus braucht. Toller Garten. Sauberer kleiner Pool. Uns (Papa mit3 Kindern) hat der Urlaub sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruim, rustig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De gites zijn ruim en redelijk comfortabel ingericht. De omgeving is rustig en de van weg hebben we weinig last van verkeer gehad. De tuin is ruim en goed afgeschermd. Dit mag ook wel want het waait vaak en hard in de Rousillon. Het zwembad is niet groot maar altijd goed op temperatuur en je ligt er goed afgeschermd van de wind. In het dorpje St. Laurent de la Cabrerisse, op ongeveer 5km, zit een bakker en een SPAR. Voor grotere inkopen moet je verder weg, ongeveer 15km, moet je in Lezignan Corbieres zijn. In de omgeving is veel te zien en te doen en ook in de directe omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen of fietstochten te maken. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en een bijna onuitputtelijke bron voor regionale toeristische informatie. Twee kleine punten van kritiek (vandaar 4 i.p.v. 5 sterren); de keuken inventaris (met name aan pannen) schiet (ons) tekort en de internet verbinding is heel mager. Dit laatste komt omdat er een internet verbinding via satelliet is bij gebrek aan enige vorm van bekabelde internet mogelijkheid op die locatie. Prijs/prestatie is naar onze mening in evenwicht en we kunnen Domaine des Parazols van harte aanbevelen als onderkomen voor de vakantie.

Lovely place

We enjoyed a lot our stay and we can highly recommend Les Parazols. Jean-Pierre is a very helpful and friendly host - he knows really well his region and recommended a lot of visits and activities. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, the garden is huge and safe (great for small children). It is very calm and at the same time close to many places of interest: abbaye de Fontfroide, Carcassonne, les chateaux cathares, the sea, Narbonne, etc.

un beau séjour avec quelques points à améliorer

1 Semaine de vacances en famille en avril 2016. Le gîte correspond au descriptif : grand, dans un bon état général, avec de belles chambres, un grand jardin plein de recoins sympas pour les enfants, une belle piscine bien chauffée malgré la saison (même si uniquement 5 transats + taille trop réduite quand les 3 gîtes du domaine sont habités). Domaine en plein milieu des vignes, idéal pour le jogging ou le VTT. L’isolation phonique est bien faite. Le jardin clôturé est rassurant. Avec les nuits un peu fraîches le chauffage (non facturé, tant mieux !) était le bienvenu. Quelques détails à relever quand même (d’où 4 étoiles et non 5) : -Chasses d’eau fonctionnant mal. Lave-linge capricieux. Télé (petite) non réglée à l’arrivée. Barbecue et plancha présents mais hors service. 1 clim réversible HS (en laissant la porte ouverte la chaleur du salon suffisait toutefois). L’accès internet est aléatoire (avec moult mises en garde sur une sur-consommation potentielle). -Le gîte est prévu pour 6 personnes mais il n’y a qu’un canapé 3 places dans la partie salon. Les autres restent sur des chaises. Sur la (belle) terrasse, juste 5 chaises de jardin autour de la table. -Le plus gênant selon nous, toutes proportions gardées (cf les 4 étoiles!), est d’ordre « humain »: Visiblement le propriétaire a eu des locataires indélicats dans le passé. Du coup, l’accueil se transforme vite, après quelques indications touristiques, en une suite de recommandations et d’interdictions qui laissent l’impression de ne pas être accueillis en toute confiance. C’est la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive et c’est assez désagréable à peine 30 minutes après avoir posé les valises. Autre maladresse : 3 bouteilles de vins sont présentes dans le gîte à l’arrivée. Avant de les ouvrir, sachez qu’il n’y en a qu’une d’offerte. Les autres sont payantes. Un petit mot explicatif serait commercialement plus « diplomatique ». Ces réserves faites, le propriétaire connaît sa région, il est discret, facilement joignable et réactif aux demandes. Dans l’ensemble, passés ces quelques désagréments « relationnels », on ne peut que conseiller le Domaine de Parazols pour des vacances en familles dans cette belle région : à moins de 1 heure de route il y a de quoi largement s’occuper pendant 10 ou 15 jours. Ou bien pour rester tranquillement dans le domaine pour profiter de la vue et de la nature.

Location au Domaine des Parazols

Nous avons été dans 2 des gites du Domaine des Parazols. Ces gîtes sont totalement conformes à l'offre faite par les propriétaires. Calmes, Jolies décorations, d'une très grande propreté, espace vert et espaces de jeux pour enfants très sympa. Jean-Pierre, Nathalie et Alexandre, les propriétaires sont des gens très dévoués à leurs clients, agréables, sympathiques, sociables. Nous recommandons vivement tous leurs gites (que nous avons pu visiter) qui sont splendides. Merci à eux pour ces agréables vacances.
