Jean-Paul's house is excellent. It is very clean, comfortable and in the beautiful old town. His communication was quick and informative. It is quite large and the kitchen is very well acquitted with all the appliances you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Comfy House, good location

3 floor, clean, modern house on a quiet corner. Safe neighborhood very close to the famous "Les Halles de Narbonne" market and the charming historical/dining/shopping area around it. Recommended!

According to the map on Expedia, this property was beside the river, but it was about 6 blocks away.the apartment was really nice.8 minute walk tothe river and restaurants. A few small grocery stores nearby.

Fantastic

Nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Jean-Paul. Check-in/Check-out verliefen sehr easy. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr sauberenen Zustand, modern und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch top: Küchengeräte, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner, WLAN etc. Die zentralle Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider gab es keinen festen Parkplatz. Deswegen haben wir unser Auto meistens in einer nahliegenden Straße gebührenpflichtig geparkt. (Parkkosten max. 7,20€ pro Tag, Sa/So/Feiertage kostenfrei). Wir konnten immer einen Parkplatz finden. Es ist allerdings zu beachten, dass eine Parkplatzsuche zwischen 11:00 und 14:00 Uhr sehr mühesam sein kann, d.h. man sollte vor 11 Uhr oder nach 14 Uhr parken. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr guten Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder. Diese Fehrienwohnung und die Gastfreundlichkeit von Jean-Paul können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Very comfortable home

This VRBO rental feels like someone’s home. It had every kitchen item one could ask for. Plenty of cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, everything. Comfortable bed, nice shower and the washer and dryer! Thank you to Jean-Paul’s parents for greeting us and saving a parking place directly in front of the house. For those of you concerned about parking: don’t be. We left town 8/10 of our days in Narbonne and always parked within 10-15 meters of the front door.

Roomy Apartment

Fairly good location and lots of room in the apartment. Washer and Dryer were convenient. Mother of the host, who was away, was very pleasant and helpful. Car parking was a challenge.

La maison est très agréable et bien située (à la limite du centre historique permettant d aller à pied dans le centre en 5 min). Les escaliers sont un peu raides mais les enfants n ont eu aucun problème (3 et 7 ans) et ont adoré "la maison du monsieur☺️". Je recommande vivement cette location

Excellent property and helpful host

Very comfortable property. The rooms are spacious and it is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is well-located for easy access to all of the amenities of Narbonne. The host was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passez de bonnes vacances, dommage trop court

maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, nous avons beaucoup apprécier la climatisation, le lave linge et sèche linge, sinon il y a tout ce qui faut dans l appartement . Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Il y a un parc et un hôpital juste à côté et les marchés à découvrir et beaucoup de commerces que l’on peut visiter à pied.

Nice house close to the center of Narbonne and with a very kind host.

Property worked out well. We managed to park each day very close to the house. The house itself works well for a vacation. The living room with dining table and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, and the two bedrooms were good (the bed was too hard for our taste, but that is a personal thing). Jean-Paul left some goodies for us which was a nice welcome, and he also provided some tips for things to visit; much appreciated. Definitely a recommendation!

well equipped town house close to amenities.

the house is well equipped and has everything that you need. The town centre is around 5 minutes walk away, where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars. (Can recommend Bella Napoli ) The railway station is an easy 15 minutes walk away which has regular services to Carcassonne. The bus to the beach leaves from the main road which is a two minute walk away. The house is clean, comfortable. Jean-Paul is a welcoming host, and even offered us a lift to the station at the end of our stay. Thank you Jean-Paul, we will be recommending the house to our friends.

Recommended ! Well-equipped spacious house close to centre, recently renovated to high standard.

An old town house on three floors recently renovated and decorated to a high standard. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer on ground floor. Kitchen, living room with TV, and WC on first floor. Two double bedrooms and WC on top floor. Wi-fi with good connection. This house has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, I stayed for three weeks in May/June 2018. Although close to other buildings it is not over-looked and it has a bright, airy ambiance. The only downside I can think of is street parking, but I always managed to find a (free) space within 50 meters of the front door. Jean-Paul is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions.
