Our stay was wonderful, it was clean. It was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. I am a VIP platinum member, but received no perks at all. My one complaint was breakfast was garbage! Though overall it was a beautiful place. I would highly recommend over any other place in the area.

Good hotel but customer service needs improvement!
Horrible experience! I didn't ask for room service and when I ask for 2bottles of water they rejected, paying 160USD/night hotel you got to fight for your water! I made 3 reservations due to travel schedule plans changed, they made me check in and out 3 times!
