College reunuion
This beautifully decorated house was the perfect setting for me and my college friends to reunite and celebrate 40 years of friendship. The house is so comfortable and perfectly located - a quick walk to the wall where I watched the most beautiful sunrise. The porch is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. It was a wonderful stay! Hope to use this house again in the future.

Narragansett Trip
This was a long weekend with 9 girlfriends. The property worked very well for us. There were enough comfortable beds and the living space was nice and open so we could gather together and/or have some solitude if desired. We did have a couple minor housekeeping issues which were addressed by the owner. Check in was simple. Would certainly recommend!

Perfect for families!
Great property! The owners were super responsive, they provide passes to the town beach, which is awesome. The Town beach is walkable if you're not with kids, but if you're organized you can drop kids and stuff off, drive back, park and then walk. The house is perfect. We had two families with kids staying there and there was room for all. And there is a great screened-in porch for the adults to hang out on after the kiddos go to bed. Central air is a huge plus!

Week at the beach
The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The screened in porch was the gathering spot with plenty of room for everyone, and the outdoor shower is pure heaven! John was very responsive and great to work with.

Great Weekend With Friends
Stayed here Memorial Day weekend and the place was perfect! Clean and comfortable, we loved mornings and evenings on the big screened in porch and the separate living areas on main and bottom floors were nice too. Check in was easy and the instructions and tips John left were helpful and clear.

Happy Thanksgiving
Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving away from home in cozy Narragansett. The check-in and communication with the owners was superb, they supplied everything we could need and more. I loved the convenience of nearby shopping and we really hope to come back again in the Summer to enjoy the nearby beaches. Everything was great!!

Perfect in all ways!
There were 6 adults staying in the Fall for a wedding. The house was perfectly located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and even down to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard porch was fantastic!! Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend.

Naragansett Stay

This was our second time to stay at this home for our family. It is such a great rental because: The owner is very helpful. The home is very well stocked. Super clean! Air conditioner is very efficient. I could go on and on, but I’m sure you get the idea. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Great Location, Great House
We soon learned that walking to the sites was easier than trying to find parking, especially since if all of us went & we needed to take 2 cars. The walk was easy, either on sidewalks or through a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and even storage containers. Wifi was very reliable, since a few of us needed to connect to work while there.

Fabulous VRBO. Every convenience at the house. Two families can easily stay in this well designed/all amenities house with literally two living areas to offer some privacy if you have several people. Wonderful house! Perfect getaway!
My family wanted to go to the Nordic for my mom and my aunt's birthday. Having never been to RI before, this house appealed to me. The location near the beach is perfect, the spaciousness of the house, the accomodations were top notch. The bedrooms featuring the two beds is a bit uncomfortable for adults, but the other beds and the bedding were very comfortable. They allow use of the washer and dryer (rare for a lot of rentals), a stocked kitchen and the best screened in deck you'll ever enjoy! Every night was game night using the games they provided and to top it off they have cable TV with NFL Network and ESPN for us (we are a football family) to enjoy, which is also rare for rentals. The host was responsive and very nice. Check in was a breeze. When you go, sign the guest book!

Excellent Vacation Rental
Fantastic house we could not wish for a better house for our family stay in Narragansett RI. Owners provided all that was included and more in their house listing. Our family included five adults and two children. The house was very spacious and we all could spread about to be comfortable. My favorite place screened sun porch with twinkle lighting for night ambience. Beaches close and very beautiful. Spent time on one of the beaches every day of our week stay. Family favorite was Narragansett Town Beach. Meals were a wonderful part of our stay. Cooked in kitchen had everything we needed. Fantastic seafood restaurants very close by. Ordered delivery a few times was fun too. Many wonderful memories were made and we hope to return to our vacation house rental in Narragansett again.

Awesome Home: Wonderful Owners!
Our entire family was very happy and impressed with the house. It is a very clean house, and it had extra amenities we were happy to find such as their First Aid and Sewing Kits! It has a well-stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans, including a lobster pot! Our grandchildren enjoyed the use of their boogie boards. The backyard garden was a large area that the kids enjoyed. The Weber bbq grill was a real treat! Best of all, this property was only a 5 minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, and a 10 min. walk to the sea wall overlooking Narragansett Bay.

We loved our stay in Narragansett. While our family is from Virginia, our roots are in Narragansett Great house and set up with lots of accoutrements for beach and for cooking. We spent a ton of time on sizeable screened porch. Great spot!

This is a great rental. Location is perfect and flexibility of floor plan offers options. It is very well equipped with beach equipment and household supplies. Our favorite room was the screened in back patio. Hope we can return next summer!

Great house
The house was very neat and clean, really appreciated not having to bring towels and sheets. Loved the screened in porch, spent a lot of time out there. Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was light bulbs in the bedroom could be stronger for reading at night. House is on a busy main road, not a problem for us but anyone with smaller kids should be aware. Not much to walk to in town, but easy to do and we walked down to Monahan's on the ocean for lobster rolls nearly every day.

Great Stay at a Wonderful House
House has a great location, is super clean and was perfect for 8 people. Has 4 bedrooms on 2 levels with a great outdoor enclosed patio. The ocean is a short 1/2 mile walk. Owners are super friendly and very responsive. We all loved our stay here .

Perfect location
If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to beach, marketplace and restaurants this is the place to be. Also a quick ride to get groceries, etc. House had a comfortable set up that was stocked with everything you needed. Unfortunately, our weather was less than ideal but we were able to go to Newport (20 min) to tour mansions, Battleship cove in Fall River (45) and whaling Museum in New Bedford(another 15 min from BAttleship Cove) We ate a Iggys (which was great) and aunt Carries (although many give great reviews, wouldn’t recommend). Unfortunately The clam shack at the end of the street didn’t open until Sat. Overall recommend this place.

As good as it gets--
Perfect location and owner. Our family just had one of the most fun trips we've ever had. Our kids will never forget it, and they already miss the space/yard, options, and abundance of things to do every day. Some of us were able to surf in the mornings and make it back home to have breakfast with the family in the enclosed porch. Great scene. Lots to do and very close to everything. John makes the whole process as comfortable and smooth as it gets.

Best house we’ve found!
The owners go the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need. We were able to pack a lot less because of all the inclusions making it a very easy move in/move out. Close to restaurants and easy to walk to anywhere in the beach area. Because of Covid we were at the house more than usual and ate more meals here. The kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t say enough good things about the house and the ease of working with the owners.

Perfect house for a family
We couldn't have picked a better house for our family get away. We had 5 adults and a toddler and the set up was perfect for our group. The upper level and lower level living spaces allowed for the family with the toddler to have their own area for quiet and playtime. We spent most of our evenings in the screened in porch or the big back yard playing games. The house is well stocked and has everything you will need including beach chairs and umbrella. I'm a clean fanatic and this place met my standards on all fronts. Normally the pictures you see are better than what is reality, but that is not the case with this home. It was nicer in person than I even expected. We would definitely stay here again.

What a nice house! The porch was a wonderful for family to rest and relax. We were so very happy with every aspect of this well furnished and stocked house.
