The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view and location were spectacular. The pictures don't do the inside of the property justice- it is very clean and tastefully decorated. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Property was in a great location, close walk to state beach and nice pond setting right off back deck. Plenty of rooms for our stay, just wished there was more storage for clothing other than a few hangers in the closet. Condo was clean, but there was still trash in both the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival.

Perfect location and exceptional property

Our family of 6 traveled to Rhode Island for a family reunion from Pittsburghand stayed at this beautiful property. The home is very clean, well appointed, stocked with everything you could possibly need and the communication with the property owner was excellent. Five stars. Would definitely return.

We had a great time except for trying to park at the Block Island ferry. We ended up walking from the condo. Next time we’ll reserve with Spothero. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and well equipped unit.

The home was extremely clean when we arrived. The location was as described. Check out time is EXTREMELY early being at 10am, 11 or 12 would be more accommodating, especially since check in isn’t until 4pm. I do wish communication was a tad better. Without any warning at all , on Saturday morning (our last full day of vacation), we heard banging begin around 8am, by 10 am a white utility van pulled up and renovations began and continued all morning until we left to go out for the day around 1pm. I do wish we were given a heads up. We were planning on sleeping in Saturday and lounging around , seeing as our plans weren’t until afternoon. Instead, we were met with loud banging, drilling, and sawing, and men on ladders against Our bedroom windows. We would have planned differently for that day if we had known.

Great location

The property was great the sense that’s beautiful kayaking on the salt pond was terrific. It was very clean and up-to-date. Would absolutely Recommended it ,we stayed two weeks😊

great beach vacation for family

The deck vows of the inlet marsh was beautiful, bird, wildlife, and sunsets. Close to 3 beaches. Sand Hill Cove is very close, but Salty Brine State Beach is our favorite. Great for kids. tThe house was recently updated and imaculate. We loved it and will be back soon.

Bird Sanctuary

This was a wonderful and very Clean Beach House with a beautiful view in backyard. Great place to see a sunset. Beds were comfy.. nicely equipped…we all enjoyed. I was only able to stay 4 night. We wish a week was available. Excellent neighborhood for walks at night.. very peaceful and a short walk to the beach.

Fun beach vacation

Beautiful view from back deck including fireworks July 3,4 and 5th! Salty Brine beach and Georges of Galilee are less than a 5 minute drive Sit on the beach and watch boats coming in and out Great mudslides too! Roger Wheeler was walkable but red tide was a problem there Easy ferry ride to Block island Champlains doesn’t disappoint with gluten free chowder and raw bar Many great restaraunts in the area Be sure to make reservations or buy lobsters off the boat and cook at home The property was sparkling clean and beds were really comfy ! I’d recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation !

Great location and so peaceful

Easy and comfortable! Walkable to beach and close to point Judith village. Check out should be 11 or check in at 3 but other than that it was ideal for our 3 night getaway!

This property is in a great location. It is walking distance to the beach and short car ride to Block Island Ferry. This property has other units within it that are being renovated. It is not a single house.

Clean, light & Comfortable

Our short stay for graduation was very pleasant. The unit was clean, light and comfortable (bonus for providing linens and items such as dish soap...ect). The hosts were responsive and helpful. And the location was great, though it was a little chilly to use the beach during our stay we took the short walk to the beach.
