“Presents very clean and spacious and bright. Had everything we needed. Easy to keep everything tidy. The only difficulty I had was that I couldn't find the street number anywhere on the booking, so I had to match the photos of the outside of the house with what we saw as we drove along the street.”

“We stayed at the *Lakeside on Southlakes* for a few days during our trip to Dubbo Hosted by BNB Made Easy, and it was exceptional. The house is incredibly spacious and easily accommodated our two families. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the entire home was clean and tidy.We especially loved the huge kitchen and the beautifully manicured backyard, which gave the kids plenty of room to run and play. The BBQ was a great addition for our meals. Location-wise, it couldn't be……

“Everything! The house, the garden, cleanliness, and location. A couple of minor suggestions though: 1. The hot water tap over the kitchen sink is quite temperamental - boiling hot when first turned on and cold very quickly after that. 2. A dust pan would have been very helpful to complete the job of sweeping the floor. That's it! Would stay again in a heartbeat if in Dubbo again. ”

“We loved the house! We stayed 3 nights with friends whilst in Dubbo visiting the zoo. It was very spacious and the kids loved the backyard, especially the trampoline.The location was fabulous and the street was nice and quiet.I borrowed a bike & a helmet for the zoo which was very helpful!We left a couple of items behind and the communication & customer service has been great.Thanks would highly recommend!PS if you do have little kids, maybe BYO some plastic bowls/cutlery etc as there wasn't……

“We were very impressed with the property, its cleanliness and hominess. We felt privileged to stay in the house.One issue was lack of curtains in the Master suit on the doors leading to the balcony, I put a sheet up for privacy and to cut the early morning light, and there was no cover for the plain glass windows in the bathroom.Otherwise it was such a wonderful house.”

“Property Managers were fantastic in assisting with some minor points. Even left us a bottle of wine when they were not able to fully rectify a very minor issue. Property was well supplied with all the basics and some.”

We accidentally left our iPad behind and the host made it simple and easy to arrange for its return.I would recommend that a subscription to a streaming service be included next time. Also possibly consider another packet of pegs as we wash regularly and with children we needed more. ”
