"Parkgate never fails to deliver spotlessly clean beautiful rooms plenty of space very comfortable bed able to get a good night sleep no nose from outside and they do a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety, Able to book in early as the room was ready staff are amazing, Stayed there a few times and looking forward to our next day"

"Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and everything worked as it should, but the rooms are showing their age a bit. They needed more staff at dinner but food was quite good."

"The hotel was lovely. Clean. Generous with tea/coffee and biscuits 😋 the towels were nice and big. Very quiet. Great nights sleep and great base place for Cardiff city centre without paying extra! Would definitely stay again! "
