The house has classic charm and a phenomenal location just off the “strip” of downtown Nashville - all while preserving privacy if that is desired. Great outdoor space and hot tub. Easy pickup/drop off process to get keys. Large kitchen and living room space for entertaining.Was a great way to spend a weekend before another IUFB victory!

Perfect get away

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway! We were close enough to walk to all of the shops and fun on the main strip. The house was exactly as advertised. The backyard was where we spent most of our time! Would recommend and would rent again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and well-stocked house. Everything worked well. The location was perfect for downtown Nashville dining and shopping. Checking in as quick and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Perfect oasis!

My husband and I brought our two grandsons down for a weekend in Nashville. The home and property were perfect. Everything was just as advertised, and it was such a wonderful stay! Everything you could possibly need — from well-stocked kitchen to lots of beach towels and pool toys/flotation devices, and a washing machine and dryer to keep up with all the wet clothes! Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Nashville, and a very short drive to state parks for hiking and outdoor exploring. We would 100% recommend

Great house !

The only thing I have a beef about with this rental was the method of check in and check out. We had to drive several miles out of town to pick up a single key and then drop it back off before we left town. Would have been nice to have a combo number pad lock or something on the door that was activated with a specific code for that weekend. Other than that, the house and amenities were great. The hot tub made the place well worth the price alone. But then it was well laid out, spacious, nicely decorated and in a perfect location. Would definitely reserve this property again.

Relaxing oasis in Nashville, IN

This property is fabulous in so many ways. Top of the list is location: you can’t get any closer to the bustle of Nashville while also having a serene escape! And the backyard is exemplary; there are so many seating options and beautiful flowers (plus a pool, although we visited when the pool was closed). The home is spacious and offered plenty of room for our group of four to spread out. Everyone (ages 23 to 81) loved it. The property manager was pleasant to deal with, and check-in/check-out were very easy (we did both after hours).One important note: The main floor of this home is very well-suited for guests with minor balance/mobility challenges; there were thoughtfully placed, sturdy grab bars at the side entrance and in the main floor bathroom. These were so appreciated!Our only suggestion for improvement is that the kitchen would benefit from a deep clean (mostly the ovens and cabinets) and fresh sponges. But overall the property was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay!
