This is a Newer Home and is located in the Hip Nations part of Nashville. This is a 2 story 2,000 Sq ft. home 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms (1 King Bed & 3 Queen Beds). This is the ideal spot for a group of friends, temporary workers, or a relocation to come and experience the amazing Music City. Only 7 MINUTES to DOWNTOWN.

Home includes:

*Full size washer & dryer

The master bedroom features 1 King Bed and attaches to a luxury bathroom.

Downstairs there is another main large bedroom with a Queen Bed and is directly next to a full bathroom, which features a tub & shower combo.

2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs, and another full bathroom, which features a tub & shower combo.

Outside – we have an amazing covered porch with outdoor couches and outdoor SMART TV, and a barbecue grill!!!

Love it!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house for our girls week in Nashville. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood that is only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. There were six of us and each having our own queen size bed was great. The house is large and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the back deck area where we would sit and have coffee in the morning or wine after a long day of being out and about. This house has everything you need. Totally loved our stay here!

Perfect for weekend getaway

The house was great. We came to Nashville for Bills game. Spent most of our time Downtown. Urber/lyft was fast and about 7 minute ride to all action on Broadway. The house was perfect, had everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house with lots of room! Street parking a little sparse, but garage in back helped. Really is 4 bedroom home but the queen and full bunk upstairs doesn’t have a door so guess it doesn’t count. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks!!

This place was spotless when coming in. The neighbors were very friendly as well. There are a couple bars right down the road. Also it is only a 10 minute ride to either the gultch or broadway.

Traveled to Nashville with 4 friends and found this property to be everything and more than what we needed! The house is as described. It is very spacious and very clean. It is located in an area (51st Street) that continues to grow with trendy new bars and restaurant, and only a very short drive or Uber to downtown Nashville.
