Beautiful Condo Downtown Riverfront- Walking distance from Broadway where you will find the best spots in Nashville. Honky Tonk Central , LP Field, Bridgestone Arena, The Baseball Stadium, Restaurants, Music City Row, The Ryman, Top Golf and so much more! You will have free parking, wifi and HDTV. Large pool for relaxing or sit on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the river. Condo is fully stocked with everything you will need while you stay. Keurig coffee maker, linens, beautiful king bed and also a queen bed in the common area. Why not join me and stay at one of the best places in downtown Nashville! This property is advertised to sleep 4 guests, if more than 4 guests are staying on the property, there will be an extra charge for each additional guest.(Steps to condo)

Beautiful location on the river, the place was nice and clean and as represented. It was a nice little walk to the Broadway/Downtown areas and so much more cost effective than staying in the places right there. Good communication, smooth process. We recommend it for your downtown Nashville visit!

The owner of this property scared us and we almost left but unfortunately, did not have anywhere else to go. He did not communicate the instructions. He charged us additional fees that were not listed on the VRBO site. When I questioned all of that, he told us to leave. We paid all extra fees and will never go back.

Peaceful Stay

The property was just as advertised. Check-in was simple and the property manager communicated very clearly. The property was very clean and well cared for. It is close to downtown Nashville but is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

The condo unit itself, was very good: very clean and roomy (and the WIFI worked well with no fuss). However, the area around the condo was somewhat strange: dirty, industrial and possibly unsafe at night. Therefore, I cannot with good conscience recommend this property to anyone, especially a single female, because of the surrounding area. However, there is MUCH construction in-progress, so the neighborhood might be quite different within a year.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming Nashville condo. It had everything we needed. Bed, rollout and futons very comfy. Balcony with awesome lake view. Nice clean pool. Jimmy was super friendly and very responsive. Hope to come back again!!

Very cool place!

Cute 1 bedroom condo with a balcony over the river. Short walk to Broadway too… but also equally close to Germantown which we discovered on the last day. Tons of cool restaurants and shops. Just a 10 minute walk to the Nissan Stadium as well. Overall it was a great place, and James was an amazing host. Definitely recommend :)

Nashville River Waterfront

This place was perfect for walking to all the tour traps in DT Nashville as long as you’re able bodied (which we are). If you are not, Uber drivers are never too far away. It was a $19 Uber to the airport from the condo. There aren’t any super close restaurants, so burn some calories walking to and from the condo?! The condo was fairly clean and James was super cool and accommodating. Commutation was extremely easy! Best Vegan restaurant ever you ask??? Graze on Eastland Ave.

This is a nice little condo that is about a one mile walk from Broadway and downtown Nashville. It is also easy to get Uber's from this area even during special events. We had an issue the first day we stayed when the A/C unexpectedly stopped working. The owner of the property worked hard to get the issue resolved and got it fixed the next day. He also communicated very well when we had a need. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Nashville. It is nice and quiet and easy to park while still being close to all the action.

Condo is as advertised. Neighborhood is railroad tracks, industrial, river and court/jailhouse.

The property was as pictured on the website. No frills and an odd lack of bedroom furniture. It was clean and we felt very safe in the unit. The size was a little smaller than expecting. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and he had many great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The mile walk to all nearby activities was less than desired. It feels like they are trying to fix up parts of the neighborhood and have just not reached this area yet. We felt much safer using Uber rather that walking in the neighborhood at night.
