The condo was decorated very nicely. Soft beds. Great location. Only issue was the refrigerator had been unplugged and leaked water on the floor and it took a few times communicating with management to get the right password. Would stay again

Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and well stocked. We took Lyft to most places-all rides to and from Broadway were under 16.00. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure all expectations were met. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in a nice area. Pool was nice. Check in instructions provided for the property could be better, gave the wrong code for the pool and how to access the wifi. Wifi never worked correctly. Balcony view is of the parking garage and other buildings so definitely not a view while you sit on the balcony. Host was responsive and tried to help with issues that came up.

Beautiful space

Everything went great, had a MINOR! issue with the wifi code but it was resolved very quickly. Only reason i mention the hang up is to give the management team kudos for quickly responding and solving the issue. Beautiful space, my wife bought some of the decor for our home.! Will book again if i ever come back to Nashville

Great place to stay, close to everything

The condo is incredibly clean and new. It’s very close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt. Parking is easy in the garage or street. If you’re looking to do a little work from home. The WiFi is very poor. It’s running on an extender from another unit and it was useless for me. Outside of that it’s a great place.

Condo is nice size. Location was good. Well equipped with essentials. The drain in one bathroom sink was stopped up. One bedroom light by nightstand was missing the globe. One ceiling fan/light didnt work. Twin bed fitted sheets were WAY too big for bed.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and well decorated. Our code to unlock the front door didn’t work, so we had to call and have them reset it. They took care of it quickly though. The one complaint that I have, is there was an extra charge for a damage waiver that was required to be paid during the verification process before we could get our check in instructions. I didn’t know about this charge, and I wish they would just include it in the total rental fee instead of making you pay it later. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. We loved having the balcony. Mattresses, pillows, and bedding were comfortable.

Balcony had view of parking lot. Pool was nice and quiet.Was hesitant on giving 5 stars as the wifi was not working properly. Kept going in and out and tried many different networks to no avail. However, the response team was on it and did try to resolve so for that gave an excellent rating.

In general, we were happy with this VRBO. We do have a couple of small suggestions. Include a towel or two for the kitchen so we don’t have to use so much paper towel. It’s more environmentally responsible. Also, it would have been nice to have access to additional towels and cleaning products if needed.
