    Friends getaway

    This condo on the river was the perfect stay for the 4 us! It made walking to downtown easy, a beautiful view, and just the right amount of space to feel at home while on vacation. Thank you!

    We really loved the place and over looking the river was great! The host was great checking to make sure we were good. Only complaint was no elevator. We are 65 and older and My husband uses a cane. Next time we will request the first floor

    Great location, great views

    Only reason it is not a 5 star is the very thin walls - not a lot of soundproofing. But the location and the river view were great! We would definitely come back. Master bedroom is very soft, other bed was firmer. Had everything we needed for our stay!

    Great alternative to a hotel stay in Nashville!

    The property was nice and location was PERFECT. It is walking distance to Broadway (or scooters nearby if needed). Also we REALLY appreciated the covered parking as it was storming on our arrival date. A few small things to note. It is basically an apartment… if you have upstairs neighbors you will hear them (and we did A LOT). There were a few minor maintenance things they should resolve (light bulbs out, shower does get the floor wet, shower head needs a new “clip”). But honestly nothing major - a handyman can get it all resolved in a few minutes (literally). I’d definitely recommend the property to friends and family.
