The Space:
Our charming home is one side of a a new duplex build in one of Nashville’s fasting growing neighborhoods, Woodbine! With some of the best local coffee shops (Red Bicycle, Sam & Zoe’s, District, and Tempo - to name a few!) and restaurants , you’ll love the convenience to downtown, but the quiet of the neighborhood. The design of the home features shiplap walls, floral wallpaper, a bright, airy kitchen, and outdoor living space that looks out over tons of green grass and trees with a spacious backyard.

-Open concept kitchen, 50inch TV, and dining room - dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen counter seating for 4.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish ware, drip coffee maker, Keurig Mini, and mini french press with some coffee beans and a grinder to get your started.

-2 bedrooms - One with a King bed, the other with a Queen.
-2 bathrooms - One master suite with huge bathroom with double sinks en suite to the King bed bedroom, and another full bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom with the Queen bed.
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed with own login.
-Washer & Dryer available for guest use.

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.
🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!
🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!
⏰ EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked owner's closets and the attic.
The Neighborhood:
Woodbine is one of Nashville’s most quaint, hip neighborhoods! Old charm mixed with new construction and development makes for a neighborhood with eclectic personality. You’ll find some of the best ethnic restaurants in Woodbine as well (we love Gojo, La Hacienda, Ginger Thai, and Istanbul). You’ll also love some of the newer restaurants (Vui’s Kitchen, Hugh Baby’s, The Yellow Porch, and Sunflower Cafe). And if you’re looking for coffee and juice shops, this is the place to stay (Sam & Zoe’s, Falcon Coffee, Juice Bar, Red Bicycle, Flatrock, and District). It’s also a great spot for antique shopping (Gas Lamp & Gas Lamp Too) and furniture stores (Nadeau, Southeastern Salvage, and Meridian Home). If the night life is more your scene, you will love all of our local bars (Bastion, Flamingo, Hemingway’s, and more)!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville quickly. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can park only 2 cars in the driveway with NO street parking.

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here.
