Old friends getting together

We had 9 adults with plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for a full week stay. The unit is in a quiet residential area a 10 minute walk to The Gulch proper and 20 minutes to Broadway Honkytonks. A bit of a hike to restaurants and bars and typically an Uber home for most of us. Dealing with the owner was great, he was very responsive to al our enquires.

Beautiful and clean!

Townhouse was clean and very well kept. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed and was organized! Furniture was clean and in great condition. Decor was beautiful!

Great stay, great location!

My friends and I visited for my 40th and had was very happy with this stay. The place was clean, easy check in, and fast communication from property team. It’s in safe and good location within walking distance to the Gulch and Vandy. Lots to explore with short Uber to and from Broadway. Check it out!

Luke Combs Concert Family Trip 2023

Perfect for a family who needed 4 kings and 4 bathrooms. The Nashville themed decor was awesome!l We never forgot where we were. The location was perfect for access to Broadway and Nissan. The fresh roses were a nice extra touch.

21st Birthday Celebration

We had two families (6 and 4) each with a 21st Birthday girl celebrating in Nashville. This place was perfect with the 5 bedrooms for the the 10 of us. Short Uber/Lyft rides to Broadway never waited more than 5 mins. The place was clean and spacious where we could all be together in the large dining/kitchen area or have alone time in our own rooms. I would stay here again.

Nashville experienced

Friends having a Nashville weekend some for the first time. Very nice house unable to partake in the rooftop due to weather. Location was good not quite walkable to Broadway but Ubers were great.

Nashville Shenanigans

We were in town for the Vandy/USC football game so the property in Edgehill was fantastic and in a great location between downtown and Vanderbilt University. It was modern and clean with plenty of room for our framily (friends who are family). Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the outside rooftop more (it was so cute) but we'll just have to come back to visit. Our grocery delivery forgot the coffee but there was plenty of coffee provided that kept us all happy. Can't wait to visit this crazy city again and stay at this property.

Getaway week

Property was clean and located within walking distance to the Gulch district. Plenty of room for 4 couples and loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay here again!
