Great place

Stayed with family for a 60th birthday girls trip. Location was excellent, just a short walk to shopping and restaurants and a 10 minute Uber to Broadway.

The Perfectly Located Lemon Drop was just Perfect

We went to celebrate my son's 21st Birthday. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A great location with a short uber ride to Broadway.

Wedding Fun!

Came in with friends and family for our son’s wedding. It was the perfect location! We walked to the village and did some shopping/eating. The master suite up top was perfect for us to spread out and get ready for the big day!

Great property in great location

Property is exactly as described. Big, clean, safe, and new. We were four people but can easily host more. Communication is excellent. We loved the location. Short walk to great shops and eateries on 21st avenue, very short drive to Krogers, Parthenon, 12 South neighborhood, and universities, and less than 10 minute drive to Gulch and Broadway. Also close to multiple trolley tour pick up spots.

Quick access to Vanderbilt Hospital

My entire family was very happy with this property. It is clean and comfortable. It is located walking distance to many restaurants and shops. And most importantly for our purposes it was a 3 minute drive away from the Vanderbilt Hospital where we went daily to visit a family member. The laundry room had detergent pods available for us to use, a new sponge, and overall very nice amenities that I wasn't even expecting. Thanks kindly.

Top notch home and location

We stayed here for a work trip; 6 colleagues, and we couldn’t have been happier with the property. Super convenient location, well appointed and the bathroom with each bedroom made everyone comfortable and able to spread out. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing stay for girls trip!

This place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip - plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Location was excellent and communication with the host was super fast and friendly. She was even super accommodating when we ended up needing to extend our stay. So glad we chose to stay here for our trip to Nashville!

Great Location and House

This house was perfect for our group of ladies. We felt very safe and the house had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked, beds were comfortable, house was very clean. The location is near many Nashville attractions and was easy to uber or drive. Would definitely stay here again.

First time to NASH adult get away

We were in town to celebrate a 40th birthday. There were eight adults in the group. We had plenty of room. The decorating was beautiful. We liked that the kitchen was fully equiped and bathrooms are clean and stocked. The best part was that every place we went to was only about 5-10 ride to get to. The area was safe and had cute shops/ restaurants just a block away.

Fun weekend!

My family came down to look at some property and spend a day in Nashville. This condo unit was AWESOME!! The condo is beautiful and accommodated 9 adults very comfortably! We loved the location as it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My boys rented electronic bikes (right down the street) and biked all over downtown. I will definitely be renting AGAIN!

Weekend In Nashville

Stayed at this property for our recent long weekend escape to Nashville. The location is perfect for those who want easy access to the peaceful 12 South and Vandy neighborhoods, yet you're only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown. Property is ideal for groups who want to be able to spread out across three floors and still come together in a nice kitchen and living area. Property was exceptionally clean and the management company was proactive in their communication and extremely well organized. Great overall experience - would definitely stay again!

This property was exactly what was advertised. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out was easy.
