This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!

Our second stay. We returned because our first visit was so enjoyable. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Desk staff were especially helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the walk-in shower was outstanding. We hope to see you again next August 31 for our 59th anniversary. Thanks.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, especially the general manager who went above and beyond to help us. This hotel was located close to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast was excellent! This hotel suited our needs for our quick visit.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint, we chose to “pay at property upon check in”. They tried to charge the card that morning before we arrived at the location.

Charged me for an additional day. I asked to have my trip shortened by 1 day when I checked in. Was told they would change but needed a manager to handle. I asked again the day before I checked out and was advised not to worry and it would be taken care of. I called today and was told too bad. I will never stay at this hotel or anything Hilton and or Hampton ever again. The economy is bad enough and now I’m out money. I even asked the desk rep to cancel my reservation and rebook since the manager wasn’t there. I was told not to worry…. I guess that meant we will steal your money. I’m extremely upset to have been treated this way.
